So, hier noch ein kleines Schmankerl für die Runde. Hypoport hält neuerdings auch einen englisch-sprachigen Call ab, der ebenfalls von Herrn Slabke geführt wird. Ich habe ihn mir mal angehört. Herr Slabke hat inhaltlich zwar im wesentlichen das gleiche gesagt wie im deutschen Call. Allerdings sind einige Aussagen bei der Guidance doch noch etwas detaillierter.
Unten hab ich mal die Passagen gesammelt, die ich besonders interessant fand. Die Mitschrift gibt das gesprochene Wort halbwegs genau wieder, ist aber keine 1:1 Mitschrift. Wer es ganz genau haben will, sollte den Call hören.
GUIDANCE
We now have the third year in a row where we scaled our business pretty solidly: double-digit growth in top-line and bottom-line. When we look ahead, we expect that we as a group can maintain this pace for the next decade: double-digit top-line growth and, if the market stays normal, double-digit bottom line growth as well.
INSURANCE PLATFORM
We see a huge demand for automatisation in the insurance brokerage market in Germany. [
] What we offer is a fully automated solution to manage insurance portfolios. We are adding more and more sub-contractors which deliver part of this platform. As a result, we are gaining more and more control on the product-side and we are widening our client base. The idea behind all this is to establish an industry-standard for the handling of insurance portfolios. We expect this market to be as attractive, if not more attractive, than the mortgage market for us. With small acquisitions and our expertise in technology we expect to conquer this market by 2020, and become the market leader in this market.
EVALUATION PLATFORM
Same story, though not as far developed as the insurance platform, is our real estate evaluation business. With every mortgage transaction on Europace, there is the necessity for an associated evaluation transaction. This evaluation transaction market has a size of 200 mio. EUR in fee revenues in Germany with banks alone. We see that our position in the market in the value chain with our data and our technology and our competence is such that we can conquer this market and become the leading provider as well until 2020. ] This will still take some time and we are looking for interesting M&A targets to build our proposal in this market.
GROWTH
These four growth fields (Finmas, Genopace, InsureTech, Valuation) will add on the growth of Europace and will make sure that, over the next 5-10 years we will be able to deliver double-digit growth above market growth.
For 2017 we expect double-digit growth for both top- and bottom-line and we are pretty sure to be able to deliver this.
