MOSCOW, April 4 -. RIA Novosti "E.ON Russia" Board of Directors proposed to the shareholders to replace five of nine of its members, the company said.

The list of candidates for election to the board of directors at the annual shareholders' meeting included nine people. This corresponds to the number of board members. Board of Directors proposed to replace four representatives from the main shareholder - the German holding Uniper Russia Holding GmbH (formerly known as E.ON Russia Holding GmbH).

Also new candidate became a member of the Company Board of Directors of PJSC "Modern Commercial Fleet", JSC "International airport" Sheremetyevo ", Tiscali Spa, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE inc) Anna Belova.

kaum steigt man frustriert aus, steigt der Kurs.  

trotz nervenkrieg hier... war echt auch schon kurz davor zu schmeissen aber no way!  

 

so wie ich auch hier wegen der Dividende Aktien halten frage ich mich schon, wo wird der Kurs sein, wenn diese mal nicht mehr gezahlt wird?  

spekulieren doch soooo viele. banken können dann z.bsp. k.o. scheinchen einsacken usw. alles kompletter BS, denn auf die dauer zählt substanz + fantasie  

immer diese Panik...kein Wunder, dass 90 % der Privatanleger nur Verluste schreiben. Möge sich jeder von den Instituten abkassieren lassen. Mir jagt diese Inszenierung keine Angst ein.  

EnBW ist eine Verfassungsbeschwerde verwehrt, weil sich der Konzern fast zu 100 Prozent in öffentlicher Hand befindet./ls/DP/jha

Das war auch das Tageshoch, ich bin mitgegangen und wieder short zumal ich glaube dass das GAP von gestern morgen bei 11,00 wieder geschlossen wird und ich schöne 500EUR mitnehmen kann und am Montag die Klage gegen RWE startet und ich nicht glaube, dass das die Anleger so geil finden um nach dem Kauftrieb von gestern den Kurs noch mehr in Richtung Widerstand drücken können.

glaubt an so vieles. Warum sollte es für die Versorger die teuerste Lösung sein, wenn sie sich vor dem heissgeliebten Wahlkampf-Lügentheater nicht zu einem faulem Kompromiss hinreissen lassen ? Ich hoffe, dass sie ihren Kurs knallhart weiterführen. Der Allgemeinheit muss klar werden, wer ihnen das in erster Linie eingebrockt hat.
