My personal opinion: We can all be lucky that they (KG)  did not yet find an agreement with centerra: if they would have done the 50:50 JV with Kumtor  for example in the legal form of a Ltd......  how would we have seized our claims abroad? Ltd. would have meant : now stocks abroad, nationalized 5% of Kumtor....held by the state of KG via a Ltd......That would have meant: national legislation again... a.s.o.

second: We can also be lucky that the Jeryll arbitration has been delayed. We are in the first place in the row of investors who try to materialize their claims.

nevertheless, I would prefer if we come into production. but first: claim and verdict in our hands. too much ist too much : for their lawyers, the international business, the stans' peer investors community, for our russian partners with own the tech know how,  community. ....for all of us.

Anyway: My very personal impression is  that today ALEA JACTA EST !! cheers to all longs.

Stans Energy Appeals Inter-District Court Judgment

Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - Stans Energy Corp. (TSX-V: HRE, OTCQX: HREEF), ("Stans" or the "Company"), reports that it has filed an appeal to the Bishkek City Court in response to the ruling from the Inter-District Court of Bishkek (the "Court") in favour of the Kyrgyz General Prosecutor"s Office ("GPO") claim against Stans" wholly owned Kutessay II Project.

This administrative case was filed on March 26, 2013 against the State Agency on Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic ("SGA") to annul the December 21, 2009 Minutes of Negotiations (registration No. 1736-H-09) between the SGA and public company OJSC Kutisay Mining (100% owned by the Government of KR).   Kutisay Mining LLC is involved in the case as a third party.

On March 19, 2014 The Bishkek Inter-District Court granted the claim of the GPO and cancelled Minutes No. 1736-H-09 of the direct negotiations between the SGA and OJSC Kutisay Mining dated December 21, 2009.  This ruling thus invalidates the process in which the mining licence for Kutessay II was acquired.

The primary rationale behind the judgment of the Bishkek Inter-District Court was that the SGA was not objecting to the facts of the case as put forth by the GPO, which had been submitted to the court on May 29, 2013. Stans believes the SGA's conduct of the SGA's own defense was improper, and as a consequence, the GPO was able to prevail in the Inter-District Court.

Based on this and other mitigating factors the Company has filed an appeal to the Bishkek City Court seeking to:

Annul the Bishkek Inter-District Court judgment dated March 19, 2014
Dismiss the claim of the General Prosecutor"s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic for cancellation of Minutes No. 1736-H-09 of direct negotiations between the state Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and OJSC Kutisay Mining dated December 21, 2009.

Stans international arbitration suit is ongoing with the next hearing scheduled for April 29, 2014. A final decision will be handed down shortly thereafter regarding the $117,853,000 USD claim brought by the Company against the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

wenn man sich den "2-jahre" chrt ansieht, stellt manfest, das wir von 1,5USD+ auf kümmerliche 0.07USD gefallen sind.

Das gleicht einem fetten jump / Minus von nicht ganz aber nahezu 100%.

Deswegen wäre ich persönlich vorsichtig mit solchen Aussagen, da diese zwar nicht weit hergeholt aber deutlich optimistitsch sind und glechzeitig einen Löwenanteil der "ganzen Wahrheit" vermissen lassen.


Diejenigen die sich von solchen posts felleiten lassen, haben sowieso wahrlich nicht das Kapital um uns undunserem Unternehmen sowie dessen Kurswert dienlich zu sein..!

Was spricht denn nun Deiner Meinung nach dagegen,
unterhalb dieser "0,0750 U$-Dollares" einzukaufen?

die infos sind weder interessant noch informativ noch nützlich!

Nachdem unser kurswert maßlos in den keller hinabgestiegen ist von einem jump zu sprechen ist entweder bewußt inzeniert oder zeugt von kurzsichtigkeit.

Da man aber nachvollziehen kann das du schon lange in diesem bb aktiv bist hätte ich einfach mehr substanz von dir erwartet wie sonst halt auch.

Also bitte an alle hier keine sche!§$e als schokopudding verkaufen.

Vielleicht blöde Frage, aber hätte heute nicht die Verhandlung sein sollen? Weiß jemand was?  

Vorher wird auch nichts Veröffentlicht.
Immerhin keine Meldung, dass die Verhandlung
wieder verschoben wurde.
 

Bis ein Urteil rechtskräftig wird, vorausgesetzt es wird keine Berufung/Revision eingelegt, dauert auch ein paar Wochen.
Also nicht zu früh freuen, bzw. zu schnell auf große Gewinne hoffen...

Ich gehe davon aus, dass Kirg. in j e d e m Fall Rechtsmittel einlegt, weil es 1. nichts kostet, und 2. mögliche negative Folgen, sprich: Zahlungen verzögern würde.
