"It U.Tashbaeva": The hearing was not held due to lack of the defendant and his defense R.Suvankulova
Trial of ex-director of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources Uchkunbek Tashbayeva and 11 members of the Licensing Commission did not take place due to the absence of the defendant Ruslan Suvankulova, former head of the State Agency of Geology and its protection.
Arguments of the parties were to be held today, March 31. Session was postponed to April 7.
Earlier, on February 24, the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Bishkek City Court for annulment Pervomaisky district court to refer the case of ex-director of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic Uchkunbek Tashbayeva and 11 members of the Licensing Commission for further investigation.
In Pervomai District Court of Bishkek December 23, 2013 the presiding judge Abdurazak Borombaev the case of ex-director of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic Uchkunbek Tashbayeva and 11 members of the Licensing Commission has suspended business.
According to him, the prosecution appealed Bishkek with representation in the supervisory procedure, the Supreme Court on the definition of the Bishkek City Court dated 19 August 2013.

Background:
Investigative agencies U.Tashbaev defendant is accused of two counts. Occupying the post of Director of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (2012), as well as being chairman of the committee on the regulation of subsoil use, using his official position unlawfully extended license LLC Unigue Resources Mining Company (for the development of coal-Akchangyl 1 coalfield Kok Zhangak) and LLC "Kutisay Mining" (the right to use natural resources for development of the field Kuttusay II).
National Security Committee has indicted 11 individuals who are on the case.

- Akerov Taalaibek Abdramanovich - Deputy Director of the State Inspectorate for environmental and technical safety under the Government;
- Assanov Aybek Kadirovich - Head of Legal Support of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Assanov Bazarbay Abdylkasymovich - Head of Conservation of Mineral Resources and Mining of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Attokurov Mels Sherikbaevich - former Deputy Minister of Finance [29 December 2012 dismissed];
- Zheenchoroev Mirlan Kanatbekovich - former head of the sector subsoil Government Office [December 28, 2012 was elected leader of the faction Republic in Bishkek city council];
- Emil Osmonbetov Kubatovich - former Deputy Director of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic [March 7, 2013 dismissed by order of the Prime Minister's Office Jantoro Satybaldiyeva];
- Riskulov Ulanbek Duulatovich - Head of Information Resources State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Ruslan Suvankulov Sovetovich - Head of the State Agency for Geology Geology and Mineral Resources of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Toktonaliev Asan Samatovich - former Secretary of State of the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
