Und wie hier allein heute schon 100x gepostet wurde, ist es völlig Wurst was hier in Deutschland passiert ,,IN AMERIKA WIRD DER KURS GEMACHT,,!!!!!  

Negativ Posten ist doch ok, so lange es auf Fakten beruht!

Schon wieder im minus. Wie war das doch gleich mit Unrecht haben? Denke das später noch eine Stopp-loss welle kommen wird, dann schaumer mal wo wir gegen Ende stehen werden.  

Gerade werden die 25 geknackt. Jetzt sind es dann schon 100% die die Aktie steigen muß um die Kurse zu erreichen die letzte Woche hier gepostet worden sind um die Aktie hochzutreiben.  

die 0,25 werden garnicht "geknackt" die unterstützung ist groß udn bei dem kleinen Volumen wird da nichts geknackt, der Kurs befindet sich schonwieder über 0,250.
Poste hier nicht so einen Quatsch.
Sind mit die besten Einstiegskurse. ;- )

Komisch, das mit den guten Einstiegskursen kenne ich irgendwoher. Wurde das nicht schon bei 24 cent geschrieben???? Das wird bei 10cent auch noch geschrieben, usw. Dabei merkt man gar nicht das das Geld immer weniger wird, sich fast halbiert hat, und das in einer Woche.  

sehe ich nicht! Noch ist nicht allertageabend. Waren wir nicht letzte Woche, kann auch die Woche davor gewesen sein, unter 0,20$? Also ich bin entspannt und wenn sie die Linie unterläuft, dann sollte man sich vlt. mal Sorgen machen aber vorher kann ich nur drüber schmunzeln...  

kann sagen was man will aber die 0,25 steht wie ein Fels in der Brandung!!  

Ich glaube sorgen sollte man sich seit unterschreiten der 20cent machen, findest du nicht?
Aber wir machen uns keine Sorgen, wir wissen ja alle das es gut für uns ausgeht, auch wenns evtl. Richtung 10 cent geht, dann kaufen wir halt wieder nach, so wie wir das seit über 20cent machen. Und wenns nicht gut ausgeht reißen wir uns den A... auch nicht weg,denn wir habens ja probiert..  

und deswegen meine ich auch dass es ein guter Einstiegskurs ist. Und das sage ich jetzt, @kleber, übrigens zum 1. Mal bei dieser Aktie.

Ich bin zu 0,077ct. rein, mich juckt hier garnichts. Und wie du schon beschrieben hast, unter 10ct. wird halt nachgekauft. ganz einfach!

Chances are this has nothing to do with WMI.

But...
Remember when Director of OTS resigned... he had initially put in 'under the radar' information that he would be looking to step away... and then pow; gone! Once gone..the OTS went under attack by the Media.

If the same holds true for JPM..then hopefully Dimon knows whats on the horizon or what fate JPMC has and makes his exit as quickly and painlessly as possible. This could be the beginning of the final stages of the spin/positioning that the marketing/branding firms have engaged in (as Larry had posted about earlier). Dimon may want to preserve his image (as many here have said). If Dimon is not sure that the media will continue to promote him/jpmc in a positive respect should the 'stones' be turned...then maybe he has been advised to clear out. Or simply maybe he has something better planned.


Now if this (stepping away) was (speculation) related to his wrong doing or the enrichment of himself and JPMC at the cost of others and he knows it then... his departure could be good or bad:

Bad becuase if Dimon is gone, disappeared..... then the depositions everyone is speaking about can not be feared. Not by JPMC and/or himself. That is of course should he disappear for good.

Good because Dimon might be trying to minimize 'negative' relationship to what happened with WAMU. Should they be 'found guilty' of the accusations against them, then it may be best to not be the one in charge becuase of the windfall of negative press associated with it.
This seems alot like what Dimon is doing in my opinion.

He is king of "HIS" hill at this time. No need for him to risk future hills with little to gain. There is a good chance in my opinion that the following occurs:

1. Dimon lists that he is departing JPMC
2. WMI continues suits against JPMC
3. 4 Billion ruled on in favor of WMI
4. Media starts to pick up and some new hedgies come to play
5. MM are minimized in their ability to f-up the PPS
6. Depositions occur (Dimon will be scheduled late in the process)
7. JPMC comes up with a settlment
8. WMI agrees
9. Media makes it out as if JPMC is saving the market
10. Jamie Dimon will be 'praised' as chief of our financial system and recommended for a top post
11. Dimon will take it in that he was 'already leaving' JPMC
12. JPMC will be bigger, better and stronger than ever
13. WMI will be part of JPMC for a fraction of what it was worth
14. Dimon will have more power than ever before and have more national/international recognition
15. FDIC will have obtained the additional power they required through the whole WAMU fiasco.. increased borrowing, power to seize holding companies, etc..
17. Shareholders of WMI will be content that they received some restitution for what had occured, frustrated that the
EVIL EMPIRE CONTINUES!

Of course this is all in my very very humble opinion.

... I read more than I post these days. (always reading).

Tons of good stuff has been happening since I found this board. For those posting things like "this will never be worth more than 10 cents" or "why isn't anything happening" I have one bit of advice, "read up". Tons of events have transpired and I can not think of one event that has been negative for WMI. Everything has rolled out as expected/predicted/calculated. Never once did I think things would roll out as smoothly as they have. Who could have?

We have:
-A Judge looking for Justice
-A Judge who is moving with caution and clarity
-A Judge who is putting her foot down and taking control
-FDIC with increased borrowing capacity (just in case needed)
-JPMC Lawyers who appear focused solely on delaying
-A brilliant Legal Team (inclusive of several great firms)
-Court granted motion to proceed with Discovery
-Court declines JPMC claim to transfer the 4 Billion to DC
-Increase in PPS (not being our major focus as of yet)
-Deposition by Logan that supports that the money is WMI's
-OTS has been fingered as ignorant/faulty
-Reich Resigns (OTS)
-Scott Polakoff Resigns (OTS)
-FDIC has been pointed at as being oblivious
-Bair is starting to get some negative media
-JPMC may be splitting up into smaller banking units
-Jamie Dimon states that he will be departing JPMC
-Texas Action
-Tons of knowledgable, kind & fun posters on this board
-Slate staying out of it
-1 Year of PPS moving upward
-Bashers still here bashing away
-Pumpers still here pumping away
-Nearly LTCG taxes for those who averaged down after Seizure
-Tons of people who have found a way to recover their loses

So now what are we waiting for?
-Depositions to occur
-Documents to be handed over
-Ruling on the 4 Billion
-Settlment?
-Courtroom battles? (I'd imagine S&C want to avoid that)
-Rise in PPS?
-Halted Stocks?
-Reorganization/restructuring/buyout/merger/rebrandin g?

No one knows for sure? What I do know is that it has been exciting thus far and I honestly feel that the results of the last year are worth the time it has taken. There is no rushing when attempting to maintain/obtain/secure precise attention to detail. Its like knowing that you have a winning "Win for Life" lotto scratch-off. You don't freak out and rip it in half scratching it. You gather your emotions, and scratch it very carefully; ensuring that you will be able to collect the monies you know you are due.

I am happy to have found this board, Pleased to be invested in WMI and anxious about the future.

Sehr auffällig,dass der Kurze Ausbruch gleich wieder zunichte gemacht wird.

Sieht schon sehr nach "Kursplege" aus hier.

I spoke with the judge's clerk this morning by phone. She told me that oral arguments were scheduled for Oct 22nd at 9:30am.

stellt sich dann doch die Frage, wie weit es noch runter gehen wird. Wenn wir die 0,25 Dollar heute durchbrechen (und in den letzten Tagen sind wir Tag für Tag schön auf die 0,25 zugegangen), dann kommt eine weitere Unterstützung erst wieder bei 0,20 Dollar. Bis zum 23. Oktober ist es noch lange hin und wenn keine positiven Nachrichten kommen, dann haben wir das Problem, dass es weiter runter geht.
Wer hat da noch positive Punkte hinzuzufügen. Aber bitte nicht immer die gleiche Leier, dass Wamu unter Umständen im Recht ist usw. usw. Das hilft der Aktie im Moment auch nicht...
Also warum bei gerade unter 0,25 nachkaufen, wenn hier der größte Rutsch nach unten kommen kann und wie gesagt der 23. noch weit ist. Verstehe ich nicht!  

Wie ich es am Samstag im Posting #7771 schon vorhergesagt habe...
Die Woche Seitwärtsbewegung mit kleinen höhen und tiefen...

Hoffe mal, dass wir nächste Woche etwas mehr fahrt aufnehmen
und wieder in stärker in richtung norden treiben!
