Yes, I predicted a takeover because Elliot could lock in the optimistic five-year outlook but if they had keep it public, I would see prices beyond 30. Elllott, however, is not interested because their shares are priced on averag far below 9. So, even though a long journey with lot of costs (financing and risk premium, people on the deal) , they shold have made some profit. Enough is enough, they might have thought. This is a pity for all retail investors but bit Elliot is not a nice guy fund as you will hear from Argentina and Congo. In the end, my clients are happy about their returns of up to approx. 68% of this stock that I recommended to hold this stock through the takeover bid. |
