Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers

Effective October 23, 2012, WMI Holdings Corp. (the "Company") entered into an Amendment to Engagement Agreement between the Company and CXO Consulting Group, LLC ("CXO") under which Timothy Jaeger will continue serving as interim Chief Accounting Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company ("Amendment to Engagement Letter"). The Amendment to Engagement Letter extends the term through March 31, 2013 and effective October 1, 2012 increases the monthly fee payable to CXO to $20,000 per month, based on an average of 35-45 hours worked per week. A copy of the Amendment to Engagement Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The original engagement agreement was previously filed as Exhibit 99.2 to Form 8-K filed on June 4, 2012.

Nebeneinkünfte lassen sich mit Neu-Regelung weiter verschleiern

CDU/CSU und FDP haben heute eine Neu-Regelung zur Veröffentlichung von Nebeneinkünften beschlossen. Das bisherige 3-Stufen-Modell soll durch ein 10-Stufen-System abgelöst werden.

Erste Berechnungen von abgeordnetenwatch.de zeigen allerdings, dass nach dem neuen System weiterhin große Teile der tatsächlichen Nebeneinkünfte verschleiert werden können. Dies lässt sich am Beispiel des Bundestagsabgeordneten Heinz Riesenhuber verdeutlichen, dessen tatsächliche Einkünfte wir aufwendig aus den Geschäftsberichten der Unternehmen ermittelt haben:

Jedes Stufenmodell lädt aus unserer Sicht zur Verschleierung und Stückelung von Nebeneinkünften ein und fördert das Misstrauen in die Politik. Warum kompliziert, wenn es auch einfach geht? Daher fordern wir CDU/CSU und FDP auf, ihre Transparenzblockade aufzugeben und den Weg frei zu machen für die komplette und unverzügliche Veröffentlichung der Nebeneinkünfte vom ersten Euro bis auf den letzten Cent. Außerdem appellieren wir an SPD und Grüne, die Komplettveröffentlichung der Nebeneinkünfte in den Landesparlamenten durchzusetzen, in denen es eine rot-grüne Mehrheit gibt, z.B. in NRW oder Baden-Württemberg. Dadurch würde der Druck auf die schwarz-gelbe Koalition erhöht.  

wer über die unendliche Goldgeschichte und deren Auslagerung und schleifen gelassener Kontrolle mehr erfahren möchte, sollte heute mal in den Kopp schauen.
Da liegen an den Lagerstätten offenbar die Nerven blank!

bin schon ein älterer Typ, welcher mit dem Geschehen für die Zukunft äußerst sensibel für die Zukunft meiner Kinder und Enkel umgeht. Nicht für mich tue ich es, sondern für Bekannte, welche mir hier freundlich gesonnen sind, weil wir zu und mit diesem Invest, nun mal in einem Boot sitzen!
Für mich insofern, weil ich die Zeit habe, solche Dinge zu recherchieren, welche Ihr denke ich, nicht habt, und dann rüberbringen möchte, habe was gefunden, was auch Euch interessieren sollte.
Allerdings gibt es dazu Einige mehr  hier im Board, siehe Aldianzeigen und mehr!

Danke für Deine Info. Die Nachricht, dass die Goldreserven sich vermutlich durch "betrügerische" Manipulationen vermindert haben, geht durch alle Medien.
