-New effort underway in US Senate to extend wind industry tax credit..
The move comes two days after majority Democrats failed to add an amendment to a Senate transportation bill that would have included a one-year PTC extension. After a largely party-line vote, several Republicans expressed support for the PTC, saying that the earlier amendment was unacceptable to them because it also sought federal support for biodiesel and other provisions…The bill will need 60 votes in the 100-seat Senate to pass. Democrats hold a 51-47 edge over Republicans with two seats held by independents that generally vote with Democrats…

Für wen sollte folgende Anmerkung bestimmt sein? Es wäre fatal sich darauf zu verlassen, dass es zu einer Verlängerung des Förderprogrammes kommt!
