Wobei ich meine, dass sich das ganze mittels Aktientausch abspielen wird. UI zahlt mit 10 Mio. Drillisch-Aktien und den eigenen Freenet-Aktien, Rest cash.

Freenet stünden dann gesamt 33 Mio. Freenet-Aktien zum Tausch zur Verfügung (die von Drillisch würden sie dann ja auch erhalten).

Also würde sich ein Angebot von 1 Freenet für 1,5 Drillisch-Aktien ziemlich genau ausgehen. Freenet bräuchte somit keinen einzigen Euro in die Hand nehmen.

Die Frage ist nur, wie UI dann bei den 22 Mio. Mobilfunk-Kunden mitnaschen kann...

Ausnahmsweise waren es mal sehr informative Beiträgen! Ist eh selten genug!  

Ich halte das weiterhin ohne einen entsprechenden HV Beschluß bei FreeFall für nicht durchfühbar da es prinzipiell nichts anderes als ein Rückkauf eigener Aktien in einer Höhe wäre, für die gegenwärtig keine Ermächtigung vorliegt.  

wenn keine Rechtsgrundlage gegeben ist, z. B. eine Ermächtigung, dann geht so etwas nicht.

Die Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz würde dem Vorstand sofort die rote Karte zeigen und das Gesamte anfechten.

ob wirklich jemand bereit ist 1 Mrd für Hansenet aufn Kopf zu hauen, bedenkt man das ca. 70% der Kunden ne Kündigsfrist von einem Monat hat.:)

Drillisch geht wieder mit dem Markt in den Krisenmodus über ...  

Los Wochos bei Drillisch. Alles fürn Euro.

Wollte zwar bis zum Frühjahr raus sein; aber ich habe mich nun entschieden das Ding auszusitzen. Habe heute schon mal vorgefühlt wg. frei bekommen zur HV. Meine Kollegin, die eigentlich immer zu der Zeit Urlaub nimmt, ist dieses Jahr später dran. Ich werde nach einer Auszeit, d.J. wohl wieder dabei sein. Steffen, polier schon mal den Stammtischaschenbecher... ;-)

hier noch ein Bericht zu Wifon, Festnetznummer fürs Handy, das mit der Homezone gibt es ja bei O2 schon länger, ist ja nichts neues, Wifon bietet dieses System jetzt Bundesweit an, also nicht wie bei O2 als Homezone.

Ich bin angenehm überrascht, das die Herren Coulidis sehr aktiv im Kerngeschäft am arbeiten sind und weniger in der Öffentlichkeit reden.

Das O2 Angebot über Computerbild, welches am 31.3 ausläuft scheint doch ganz gut gelaufen zu sein, die Verfügbarkeitsanzeige zeige keine 5% mehr an, also ca. 9500 neue Kunden, ob die über die 100 Freiminuten telefonieren und zusätzlich Geld einbringen lasse ich mal offen.

Eteleon bietet ab heute den Dienst WiFon anywhere an. Mit dem Service für Symbian-Handys will der Online-Vertrieb für Internet und Telekommunikation Usern ermöglichen, unter einer Telefonnummer überall zu Festnetzpreisen erreichbar zu sein.

Das Angebot unterscheidet sich von den Homezone-Angeboten von O2 und Co., bei denen der User über eine Mobilfunk- und eine Festnetznummer erreichbar ist. Die Festnetznummer gilt allerdings nur innerhalb eines begrenzten Radius. Sobald der verlassen wird, fallen für die Weiterleitung der Anrufe an die Handy-Nummer Kosten an.

Mit WiFon anywhere soll der User mit einer Telefonnummer in ganz Deutschland erreichbar sein. Für eingehende Gespräche auf der Ortsrufnummer werden dabei laut Eteleon keine zusätzlichen Gesprächsgebühren berechnet. Für das Angbeot kommt eine VoIP-Technologie zum Einsatz. 

Bei WiFon anywhere handelt es sich um eine Client-Lösung für Symbian S60-Handys. Im Client ist Call-Through integriert. Der monatliche Grundpreis beträgt 6,95 Euro. Für den Dienst wird eine Flatrate ins deutsche Festnetz benötigt. Als Komplettpaket bietet Eteleon WiFon anywhere mit dem Tarif T-Mobile Max S Flat und dem Nokia E51 an.

Ab dem 1. April soll WiFon anywhere mit verschiedenen Komplettpaketen erhältlich sein. Es gibt beispielsweise auch eine Kombination aus einer Festnetz-Flatrate des Discounters Simply und dem WiFon anywhere Drei-Monats-Vertrag.
