SolarBrook Water and Power Announces Joint Venture Agreement to Provide Expanded Service Offerings in Water Quality and Clean PowerHighlighted Links Corporate WebsiteRALEIGH, NC--(Marketwire - May 28, 2008) - SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SWPC), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of water quality and clean power products, announced today that the company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Resource Management Technologies LLC (RMT) and Blueline Power, Inc. in order to expand its exposure within the water quality and alternative energy markets.
Blueline Power designs, installs and promotes commercial-scale clean energy systems, including solar, wind, biofuel, biomass, and sustainability projects. Resource Management Technologies (RMT) is a disabled veteran-owned company that specializes in providing products and services to public sector and governmental agencies.
SolarBrook, RMT and Blueline will form a separate entity organized under the applicable laws of the state of North Carolina, which will be called Convergent Energy. Convergent Energy will seek to leverage the established strategic partnerships of each member to create innovative project solutions for a growing client list.
Convergent Energy has been asked to provide a comprehensive proposal for the implementation of efficient water, energy and waste management solutions for a growing food processing facility in California.
