Administration fees of $27,000 (2007 -$27,000) for administration of the affairs of the Company. The Company expects to spend the same amount next quarter. Consulting fees of $191,724 (2007 - $132,896) consisted of $18,000 (2007 – $9,000) to an officer of the Company for accounting and administrative services, $18,000 (2007 - $3,500) for office administration, $18,000 (2007 - $80,420) for marketing and business development, $137,724 (2007 – $36,976) for property research and consulting in Mongolia and $Nil (2007- $3,000) for other services Professional fees of $56,492 (2007 - $21,290) were attributed to $36,492 (2007 - $11,290) for legal fees as a result of the activities of the Company, such as the share purchase agreement and audit/accounting of $20,000 (2007 - $10,000)."""
