NetCents Technology Delay in Filing Audited Annual Financial Statements

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 5, 2020) - NetCents Technology Inc. (CSE: NC) (FSE: 26N) (OTCQB: NTTCF) ("NetCents" or the "Company"), a disruptive cryptocurrency payments technology solutions provider, announced today that it was not able to file its audited Annual Financial Statements (the "Issuer Statements"), Management's discussion and analysis and related certifications for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2019 which were due on February 28, 2020, as required, due to delay in the process of appointing new Auditors for the Company.

Accordingly, the Company has requested and received the issuance of a Management Cease Trade Order under the provisions of National Policy 12-203 Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults ("NP 12-203") so as to permit the continued trading in the Company's common shares by persons other than Insiders and Employees of the Company. The Company's staff are working diligently with its Auditors and the Company expects to have the audit of the Issuer Statements completed, and the Issuer Statements filed, no later than April 15, 2020.

The Company confirms that it intends to satisfy the provisions of NP 12-203 and issue bi-weekly default status reports for so long as the Company remains in default of the financial statement filing requirement, containing any material changes to the information in this release, all actions taken by the Company to remedy the default; particulars of any failure by the Company to fulfill these provisions, any subsequent defaults of the Company requiring a default announcement and any other material information concerning the affairs of the Company not previously disclosed. The Company is not subject to any insolvency proceedings nor is there in other material information concerning the affairs of the Company that has not been generally disclosed.

vor Börsenbeginn müsste der Monthly Report für Februar kommen. Bin gespannt, ob da noch neue Partner drinstehen...

..... na das ist natürlich jetzt spannend und denkbar ungünstig....

Das Choronna hat NC so Top überstanden und jetzt ne Verschiebung der Zahlen, und das um satte eineinhalb Monate?!?! Da kann ich erlich nix gutes daraus abgewinnen.  
Vielleicht haben Sie ja im Anschluss noch irgendwas im Phetto.


Das werden die größeren Investoren eher mit negativen Kursen bewerten, schätze ich... nmM  

Größere Investoren interessieren sich für Mai, Juni Juli 2020 und nicht für September Oktober 2019.
Zudem wird ihnen sicherlich ein tieferer Einblick gewährt als uns, und - die Verzögerung ist mit dem WP-Wechsel begründet.

wenigstens eine offizielle Meldung! Das hat ja auch nicht immer funktioniert ;-)  

Genau so denke ich auch  

Vielleicht sollte man einfach mal ein paar Order setzen. so bei 0,70 CAD. Mal schauen, ob es sich dann um fakewalls handelt.  

Der März 2020 abgehandelt, mit vermutlich 2,8 Mio Verarbeitungsvolumen.
Der halbe April mit dann knapp 2 Mio ….
(angenommen die Entwicklung verläuft wie geplant)

Und zu dem Zeitpunkt, am 15.04.2020, wird ein Jahresabschluss anno Oktober 2019 eingereicht mit Zahlen aus November 2018..!!!!

Vergleichbar mit: Ihr sitzt im Büro am PC, schreibt Emails, und da stürmt ein Kollege herein zu Euch mit der bahnbrechenden Neuigkeit: Hej, schon gehört? Rauchzeichen wurden erfunden…

Und das soll mich jetzt tangieren?
 

Sehe ich komplett anders!

Die Zahlen für Q4 2019 (Fiskaljahr) sind für mich schon von erheblicher Bedeutung. Daraus lässt sich m.E. im übrigen auch die Einnahmenseite für die letzten beiden Monate (11/12 2020) sowie für den Jahresbeginn 2020 ableiten.

Der Verzug ist nach dem Announcement des Auditors sicher folgerichtig, warum Netcents allerdings 3 Monate für einen neuen benötigt kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen!  

also ich sehe es genauso. Glaube auch, dass die Verzögerung mit dem WP-Wechsel zusammen hängt. Große Gedanken mache ich mir deswegen nicht. Und wenn wir mal ehrlich sind; fast jeder ist doch davon ausgegangen, dass die Zahlen nicht pünktlich kommen. Dennoch: NC hat einen riesigen Sprung gemacht innerhalb eines Jahres! Leider widerspiegelt meiner Meinung nach der Kurs nicht das, was NC leistet. Ich warte nun schön brav auf die KK, spätestens dann katapultieren wir. Alles nur meine Meinung.  

Kommst Du da nicht ein wenig durcheinander?
Jahresabschluss 2019 beinhaltet Zahlen Nov 18 – Okt 19.
Ich bezog mich allein darauf mit meinem Geschmähe, nicht auf die Folgemonate.

Nov 19 – Jan 20 wäre dann das neue Q1.
Dieses Quartalsergebnis wurde uns offiziell noch nicht geliefert und wäre, falls ich mich nicht irre, Ende März 2020 fällig zur Verlautbarung..

Dass der Verzug unentschuldbar ist, keine Frage. Jedoch für mich belanglos, da Schnee von gestern..

Obwohl, ein Platz wäre ja in Holzis Sperrliste noch frei...  

Phönixx.... Q Zahlen unterliegen ja immer der Vergangenheit :-) Also ganz untern Tisch fegen möchte man, kann man es jedoch nicht ganz :-)
Und das wird der Kurs heut wiederspiegeln (hat bereits begonnen, sich in rote zu drehen.) . Die Frage ist wie weit. Die Shortquote hat sich ja erhöht, und die werden heut mal sauberes Geschäft wittern :-)))

Aber Untergang is es freilich keiner. Vielleicht haben Sie wie gesagt ja noch etwas im Phetto^^ .
Und eventuell, so vermute ich" kommt auch noch was vom NCCO . Wenn nicht heute, dann die Tage.

...noch etwas billiger werden wegen des verzögerten Jahresabschlusses. ;) Möchte noch ein paar weitere Stück haben und wenn sie billiger werden bekomme ich wieder einige mehr fürs Geld... Wenn jemand glaub schmeissen zu müssen - bitte, nur her damit. Bei mir liegen sie dann ganz ruhig und warten auf ihren grossen Auftritt... bzw. werden dann vererbt, je nach Entwicklung :D

Wir schaukeln zwischen -3% und +5% (mehr oder weniger). Wie immer eigentlich.
Die Realisten sind ausgeknockt. Die verunsicherten CANs drüben eiern wie immer auch nur so rum..
Man kann Krisen auch herbeiflehen…
