Mr Dongour had various experience in the media and entertainment industries through companies like CBS-FOX video, Theatre des Champs Elysées, Stick Film international, and had carry some digital TV projects, and marketing a technology Digital compression & transmission in Canada, USA, and France. Mr Dongour is the founder and conceptor of the Mastergaming.TV. He is also the founder and conceptor of Motion Network TV SA
Christophe Kay KOURDOULY (39) – Fra – Co-founder EXECUTIVE VP HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Formerly trader on futures with Fimat (groupe Société Générale) and co-founder of Weatherly Securities Paris, Mr Kourdouly has been four years Sales side analyst with Global Equities covering US markets especially in the TMT sector. He spent four years in New York working as a stockbroker for Paine Weber. He spent four years as financial director for two US film distribution companies in Los Angeles and Las Vegas from 1996. Today he is managing TV shopping deals with chinese broadcasters, producing feature films and TV contents through his company Antetime Production.
Walter SIEGERS (48) Walter Siegers (48) Started his career in 1982 as a producer at the production company of Joop van den Ende, one of the later founders of Endemol. Then after various functions in the broascast industry in several european countrry’s, he came back to the Netherlands and was responsible for several international co-productions for television and cinema. In this period he worked together with broadcasters and production houses in the U.S.A., Russia and France.
After this period he became partner and C.O.O of legendary cutting edge production house “de beeldenstorm” (DBS international). After several years, part of DBS was incorporated by Endemol Netherlands where he became a member of the management team, responsible for development and implementation of new (production) techniques. Three years later he joined Endemol international where he was a member of the creative board. The last years Mr. Siegers worked a.o. as a consultant for various european producers and broadcasters.
LOIZOS YEROLEMOU Aged 34, Company Secretary, Loizos is a qualified Chartered Accountant who worked at BSG Valentine from 1997 to 2007 in audit and business advisory services and corporate finance. In recent years Loizos has continued to undertake corporate finance assignments, together with more challenging and complex operational roles working with start up businesses, seeking to raise finance and increase value for venture capital investors.
Pete MAGGI – Executive Director- Head of Video On Demand. Mr. Maggi is currently the Executive Chairman of Blue Star Movies, an international sales agency and film production company based in the UK. Pete was the co-founder and Chairman of Eagle Pictures - a highly successful film distribution company in Italy, Milano Promuove - a TV production and management company, as well as a number of other TV related businesses
Jason ROSAMOND – Chief operation Officer. Mr. Rosamond is a co-founder of Green Knight Ventures, a film financing organisation specialising in gap, pre-sales, tax credit, P&A and bridge financing transactions on feature films. Jason was a Partner and the Managing Director of Agilisys a large UK IT outsourcing organisation. Mr. Rosamond has extensive experience in sales, operations, IT, and finance.
Sara GILES – Feature Film Fund Investment Manager. Sara Giles has been in the film production and film finance industry for almost 20 years and is a co-founder of Green Knight Ventures. Before co-founding Green Knight Ventures, Sara managed the Freewheel International investment fund and the Drawbridge Investment fund for Fortress where she managed investments in over 60 films
Dr. Philippe REBBOAH – Executive Director – Production Distribution and Licensing
Philippe Rebboah has been in the film production and financing industry for 20 years. In addition to hands-on experience in production, Mr. Rebboah was previously the Managing Director of Pathé-Cinema where he oversaw all productions for the group and he was an executive director at MGM in the UK, Netherlands, and the US. As an experienced international lawyer, Mr. Rebboah oversaw all legal and financial aspects of the productions.
