ich gehe davon aus das HEUTE kein handel mehr.. oder der letzte handelstag ist! vielleicht gibt es heute nochmal die möglichkeit zu verkaufen.. aber das volumen war gestern höher als sonst.. ich denke das sagt mir.. heute ist schicht im schacht..

schade um das geld für die aktien die in den letzten tagen noch gekauft wurden.. aber gut.. jeder wie er möchte.. freuen tut mich das aber nicht..

March 19 (Reuters) - Washington Mutual Inc, one of the biggest corporate casualties of the 2008 financial crisis, on Monday emerged from bankruptcy protection, just two weeks after Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc also emerged from Chapter 11.

The Seattle-based company, the largest U.S. bank or thrift to fail, said it plans to begin repaying about $7 billion to creditors. Many of these are hedge fund investors specializing in buying securities of bankrupt companies.

Washington Mutual's emergence from Chapter 11 ends nearly 3-1/2 years of court battles that saw the company propose seven reorganization plans.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Mary Walrath in Delaware officially approved the seventh plan on Feb. 23, court records show.

The reorganized company is known as WMI Holdings Corp. It includes a small mortgage reinsurance business, WMI Mortgage Reinsurance Co, owned by former preferred and common shareholders. Washington Mutual's existing common stock has been canceled.

With about $307 billion of assets, Washington Mutual failed on Sept. 25, 2008, 10 days after Lehman went bankrupt, succumbing to a run on deposits and losses on tens of billions of dollars of risky mortgages and home equity loans.

JPMorgan Chase & Co immediately bought Washington Mutual's banking operations in a $1.88 billion transaction arranged by the FDIC. Washington Mutual's holding company filed for protection from creditors on Sept. 26, 2008.

Weil, Gotshal & Manges represented Washington Mutual in the bankruptcy proceedings.

Dann sind diese nach wie vor stabiler in ihrem Wert ?
Die Hälfte habe ich vor kurzem zu 3,30 $ verkauft, innerhalb wenigen Sekunden nach Abgabe der Order. Glaubt Ihr, dass die WAHUQ auch vom Handel ausgeschlossen werden, oder haben diese vielleicht doch eine Sonderstellung ?

Ich habe schon mitte letztes Jahres Jahres aufgehört mich über irgendwelche NAchrichten oder Meldungen zu freuen oder zu ärgern. Et kütt wie et kütt und wenn irgendwann mal unerwartet Geld auf mein Depot fliesst, dann eben durch WaMu. Eine "Abfindung" wäre mir viel lieber als neue "Schrott"-Aktien :) Ich trau der NewCo eigentlich nichts zu. ICh glaube, jeder wird seine Anteile direkt verkaufen und JPM wird die Dinger aufsaugen und in paar Jahren ordentlich GEwinn machen. Aber ich habe auf Wamu / Newco keinen Bock mehr und das wird vielen gehen! Newco wirds verdammt schwer haben, wenn "wir" quasi als Altlasten mit im Boot sind... aber nur meine Meinung

sehe ich ähnlich. Die einzige Hoffnung, die ich noch habe, beruht darauf, dass EC und Susman so zufrieden waren. Vllt wissen die etwas, was wir noch nicht wissen, und der Kurs der Newco bleibt nicht bei 2 ct (splitbereinigt).
Ansonsten wären wohl die Anwaltshonorare höher als das, was sie für uns rausgeholt haben.
Glücklicherweise bin ich dank Pfandbrief und anderen hier nur mit einem kleinen Betrag eingestiegen.  

Wer zum Teufel kauft den jetzt noch den "Scheiß"?

2008-2012 unfassbar was die korrupten Amis alles verschleiert haben.

Ebenso bemerkenswert ist der Erfolg vom EC und United.

In wie fern sich das nun für uns Aktionäre auszahlt bleibt noch offen!

heute noch was kauft..es sei denn in geistiger Umnachtung... ja Sailor der Pfandi - eigentlich sollten wir ihn hier wieder freigeben..ich wäre schon gespannt auf seine Bewertung der neuen WMI, dann käme hier wieder "Reibung" hinein..Pfandies großer Schnitzer war die Beurteilung über die Ausbuchung, ansonsten lag er in vielen Dingen richtig, muss man fairer Weise mal sagen. Es ist nahezu einmalig, das Alt-Aktionäre nach einem Chap11-Verfahren mit an Bord der neuen Firma gehen...
