Leckrone hat übrigens 10 Anwälte und Consultants die nur an dem BK Fall tätig sind.....! Die Aussagen und der extreme Aufwand der Creditors Committee (CC) Anwälte den BK Fall zu managen sind bemerkenswert. Der Ton ist nicht mehr so scharf in Richtung Verschleierung, Betrug und Veruntreuung seitens TPL. Die Terminverschiebung auf den 29.April wurde seitens der CC Anwälte beantragt!
In den Schriftstücken wird auf permanente Verhandlungen innerhalb des BK Rechtsstreits hingewiesen. Hinweise auf eine Lösung die nur im Einklang mit PTSC gefunden werden kann, da das MMP die wohl einzige bedeutende Einnahmequelle auch für TPL ist.
Um die Creditoren zu bedienen gibt es verschiedene Szenarien, bis hin zum Verkauf der TPL - MMP Rechte an PTSC.
Was wenn das PTSC BOD dies als letzte Chance begreift und auch durchführt, sich aus der Umklammerung von Leckrone zu befreien?
Was wenn daneben Otteson Vertrags-Verhandlungen mit HTC und den restlichen 8 NDOC Firmen führt und zusammen mit PTSC nur auf den BK Ausgang wartet?
Meines Wissens gibt es seit Jahren Prozessfinanzierer und Investmentbanker, die PTSC Unterstützung anbieten.
Übrigens ca. 200 Mio Aktien sind (IMO) bereits "issued", könnten also für einen Deal genutzt werden.
Alles nur IMO, täglich kann einen News kommen, es bleibt sehr spannend.......
