Mr. Michael Cardiff, also known as Mike, ICD.D has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Accelerents Inc., since 2003. Mr. Cardiff serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Partner for Imperial Capital Corporation. He serves as an Advisor to several technology companies and a Private Equity firm. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, sales and marketing. Mr. Cardiff served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fincentric Corporation (formerly, Prologic Computer Corporation) from 1999 to 2003. He served as an Executive Vice President of Financial Services with EDS Canada Inc., from 1994 to 1999, where he was responsible for all of its business with financial institutions in Canada. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of INEA Corporation. He has been a Director at Hydrogenics Corporation since November 2007, and Software Growth Inc since April 2006. Mr. Cardiff has been an Independent Director of Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd., since December 7, 2006. He serves as a Member of Ace Tech and Institute of Corporate Directors. He served as a Director of Fincentric from 1999 to 2003. He served as Corporate Director of Solcorp, Visible Genetics, Spectra Security Software Visible Decisions and The Toronto Film Festival and Roy Thompson Hall. He served as a Director of Burntsand Inc since February 5, 2002. He served as a Director of Descartes Systems Group Inc. from June 26, 2007 to June 2, 2011. Mr. Cardiff received many awards including A Canadian Export Life Time Achievement Award. He was named a finalist in Ernst & Young's 2001 Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and in 1998 was also recognized as one the country's most successful young leaders with a "Top 40 Under 40 Award". |
