Mail von Robert vom 24.06. Kopie von berliner - nobody aus WO Thanks so much for your continuing encouragement and support. Sometimes, I think that people don't realize that I have put my whole life into this company only because I believe in it. I'm not a serial entrepreneur just trying to prove a concept and then wanting to get out as soon as possible with as much money as possible. I personally came up with the idea of our product back in 2002/2003 and then built a team to create it. And not until protecting our IP, then started to build a company around it. And everything was moving forward wonderfully until 2007 when the building bubble burst and we had the funding for all five (5) of our major projects at the time fall apart (within three months of each other). We completely lost almost $100K of product left on jobsites, and most of my team had to leave LAMBDA and Las Vegas to find work anywhere they could. I lost a lot of good people back in 2007 but we have all kept in contact and most of them want to come back (mainly because they know that what we are doing is important). I've kept our overhead as lean as possible because of the economic recession and now we have 12 full-time employees even though we really need about twenty right now. As you know, wages and salaries are by far the biggest portion of working capital for any company. Another thing that I take painless care about is in regards to pricing. It is my business philosophy that there is a magic in pricing that is often overlooked. If you price too high, then you won't attract business. If you price too low, then you short change yourself and leave money on the table. Either way, you could put yourself out of business with the wrong pricing. I have several advisers and I probably drive them crazy with my constant pricing concerns but I do believe with all my heart that our success in the industry depends on "pricing". We have a really good team, Mario. They are passionate about the work and we feel we are doing something important. Our work atmosphere is light and friendly and focused. Our meetings are playful, creative, sometimes argumentative but organized and forward thinking. We tackle each problem and/or issue one at a time and prioritize constantly. We have frequent scrums in our production & development offices and our product keeps getting more improved. In our SWOT analysis, our biggest weakness is if another company (with lots and lots of money) decides they want to compete with us directly in our niche. We have been cognizant of this for a few years now and so we have been very careful about what we divulge technically in regards to how our product works (and why). We had to undergo a huge learning curve to get to where we are and need to maintain this long lead. And that may be the biggest advantage we have over a competitor company that is able to throw big money against us. So I am cautious. This drives my marketing team insane as I censor everything they do. But I feel it is important, and I'm not in a popularity contest. LOL. Well, thank you again so much for your belief in our company and for your investment. Please know that we all appreciate it and wish to be able to provide you with dividends as soon as possible. After all, we are all in this together - against the world. LOL. Thank you, Mario. Have a wonderful weekend! Sincerely, Rob
