I am and have been a strong advocate of providing transparency and as CEO, I have always been very forthcoming in answering any questions about our business LAMBDA TD SOFTWARE. But please let me be very clear about this: I will not tolerate any statement that damages the reputation or questions the integrity, expertise, or loyalty of any of our employe
es, of any members of the board or of any member of my personal advisory team. I am proud to be working with this top team of professionals who have assisted me tremendously in guiding LAMBDA TD SOFTWARE, not only in the capital markets but has also helped me bring the company to growing enterprise that we are today.
In regards to Mr. Pascal Niedermann, let me just address this once and conclusively. Pascal Niedermann is one of the most preeminently qualified people that I have ever had the pleasure working with. He is a pioneer in providing access to capital for small and midsized companies like ours and did this by leveraging international solutions for our U.S. companies. His expertise has been instrumental in bringing LAMBDA TD SOFTWARE to the capital markets we have reached in Europe. Pascal Niedermann’s achievements in the private and public sector, and all the way up to the highest levels of the U.S. Government, is public knowledge and speak for themselves.
In regard to Mr. Niedermann's ALF Holding or any of other companies I have just read mentioned in the blogosphere, I think it is in the meantime public knowledge that Mr. Niedermann has never had, asked for or agreed to any active operational role in any of these companies, be it as a director or a member of the board - never, not in a single one of them - nor was Mr. Niedermann in any way a corporate financial advisor nor a consultant to any one of these companies on the operational business side nor in taking these companies into the capital markets. From all of the information we have gathered, Mr. Niedermann was initially added as a passive non-executive director to most of these companies for only a temporary and limited period of time. Furthermore, it is also public knowledge that Mr. Niedermann has not only officially resigned from each of these companies at least more than 2 years ago, and cut any ties with these companies even longer before that. And in fact, he is actually still in a dispute with some of the key people behind these companies for the unauthorized use of Mr. Niedermann’s name and role for public record.
Pascal Niedermann’s high standard of integrity is a rare find in today's business world and I am extremely proud to have him as a member of our board of directors focusing on corporate finance issues and hope to maintain his services with LAMBDA TD SOFTWARE for a long time to come.
