Following up on the below, the Certificate of Good Standing and the Company Summary were issued by BC Registry Services, not the BC Securities Commission.
BC Registry Services is a different part of the BC government. They are responsible for the registration / incorporation of businesses, not-for-profit societies, and cooperative associations (among other things).
As a result, the documents that you have emailed do not relate to NetCents’ securities obligations.
Instead, they merely show that the company has paid the required fees and submitted the required information (which is just the address and management information recorded in the Company Summary) that are needed for them to stay incorporated.
NetCents remains subject to the CTO until it makes the required filings.
Also hat NetCents "nur" den annual report über die Firmenverhältnisse am 11.11.2021 hoch geladen. Finanz report -> Fehlanzeige. |
