Our Company has generated revenues of $15,645 and $7,734 in the six month periods ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively, which amounts are not presently sufficient to cover our ongoing quarterly operating expenses. We have never paid dividends and it is unlikely we will generate sufficient earnings in the immediate or foreseeable future to meet our operational overhead. The continuation of our Company as a going concern is dependent upon the continued financial support from our shareholders, the ability of our Company to obtain necessary equity financing to continue operations, and the attainment of profitable operations. As at June 30, 2015, we had a working capital deficit of $1,320,182 and have an accumulated deficit of $2,479,003. These factors raise substantial doubt regarding our company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements included herein do not include any adjustments to the recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts and classification of liabilities that might be necessary should our Company be unable to continue as a going concern. |
