COMUNICADO
Os enviamos Comunicado oficial de las últimas gestiones realizadas hasta la fecha y de los próximos pasos a seguir:
CONSTITUCIÓN DE UNA ASOCIACIÓN DE INVERSORES MINORITARIOS DEL BES
Una representación de nuestra plataforma va a viajar a Lisboa el día 18 de octubre para asistir a la Asamblea de constitución de dicha asociación.
El objetivo es saber que plan tiene de defensa y si es de nuestro interés recomendar o no unirnos a ella, hasta el día 18 no sabremos cual será el mejor proceder.
GESTIONES CON ABOGADOS EN LISBOA PARA REPRESENTARNOS BAJO LA FÓRMULA DE “SUCCESS FEE”
Continuamos haciendo gestiones en este asunto con el objetivo de tener conclusiones claras para nuestro próximo comunicado del día 5 de Noviembre.
ASOCIACIÓN ATM: INICIATIVA PARLAMENTARIA
Esta Asociación ha realizado una iniciativa parlamentaria para la discusión de este asunto en ese foro.
Hay informaciones de que hay presiones para indemnizar a los accionistas minoritarios en el Banco Malo, pero hasta la fecha nada concreto, estamos pendientes del resultado de esta iniciativa.
CONCLUSIÓN
Nuestro objetivo es progresar en los 3 puntos arriba mencionados y poder proponeros qué deberíamos hacer colectivamente ya de manera definitiva, para la mejor defensa de nuestros intereses, en nuestro próximo boletín del 5 de Noviembre.
NOTA: Si alguien quiere asistir en Lisboa a la reunión del día 18 de Octubre, nos lo puede hacer saber por email.

We send official Statement on recent steps taken up to date and next steps:
CONSTITUTION OF AN ASSOCIATION OF MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS IN BES in LISBON
A representation of our platform will be traveling to Lisbon on October 18th to attend the Assembly constitution of the association.
The objective is to find out what is the plan of defense os such Association and if is of our interest to recommend you or not to join it, until 18th we will not know what will be the best procedure.
NEGOTIATIONS WITH LAWYERS IN LISBON UNDER "SUCCESS FEE" FORMULA.
Continued efforts in this matter in order to have clear conclusions for our next statement dated November 5th.
ATM ASSOCIATION: PARLIAMENTARY INITIATIVE
This Association has made a parliamentary initiative to discuss this issue in this forum.
There are reports considering that there are pressures in the country in order to compensate minority shareholders in the Bad Bank, but so far nothing clear, pending the outcome of this initiative.
CONCLUSION
Our goal is to advance the 3 points mentioned above and to propose what should be done collectively and definitively, for the better defense of our interests in our next statement on November 5th.
