... Pireaus nicht auf den Ausgabepreis zurückfällt (steht heute fast 40% darüber) und das gleiche wird dann wahrscheinlich auch bei Alpha nach der KE passieren.

Das die KE bei der Alpha kommt sollte jetzt bekannt sein. Beim aktuellen Kurs sollte auch ein Pricing für EUR 1 möglich sein.

schreibt, dass bei der Alpha-Bank möglicherweise der Marktpreis als KE-Preis festgelegt wird, also zum jeweils aktuellen Börsenwert verkauft wird. Das wäre natürlich sensationell und die fairste Variante gegenüber den jetzigen Aktionären, denn so kauft jeder zum selben Preis

Sehr ruhig hier momentan... Bankingnews berichtet jetzt von einer Preisspanne bei der Alpha-KE zwischen EUR 1-1,10:

Interessant auch der Blogbeitrag von Klaus Kastner aus dem Blog "Observing Greece". Herr Kastner sieht hier einen regelrechten Boom in Griechenland und ein sehr kompetentes Handeln der Regierung, gerade beim Thema Digitalisierung:

Lese den Blog seit mehreren Jahren, der Auto war lange sehr kritisch. Mit etwas Glück gibt es jetzt bald auch tatsächlich mal nachhaltige Kursgewinne bei den Gre-Banken

Von einem Re-Split ist keine Rede, also wird es wohl auf die von Bankingnews  kommunizierte Range von EUR 1- EUR 1,10 hinauslaufen, mit etwas Glück sogar noch etwas besser

warum lief es so bei der Piraeus ab wie es ablief? Also es lief ja anders ab als bei der Alpha jetzt.

Vielleicht kann jemand die Aktionärsstrukturen der GR Banken hier mal posten?

Bei der Piraeus war der HFSF (griechischer Bankenrettungsfond) mit 60% beteiligt, Paulson und Mistakidis mit insgesamt rd. 8%. Dem griechischen Staat war der Wipeout anscheinend mehr oder weniger egal und Paulson/Mistakidis haben ein großes Geschäft gewittert. Daher wurde hier ein Preis festgelegt, der rein gar nichts mit dem Marktpreis zu tun hatte...

Soweit ich das erkennen kann, ist es das erste Mal, dass die europäische Investitionsbank auf direkten Weg über ein Kreditinstitut die abgesicherte Darlehen rausgibt.
Ist das richtig?

Kannst ja vorher nochmal bei Black Mamba nachfragen ob du es wagen kannst ....aber ich weiß schon was der sagt :-)))

Geh long ..und warte mal wo Piraeus dieses /nächstes Jahr final hinlaufen wird ...ich hab"s gemacht ..wie damals DBK long ...und das war ein Jackpot ...den ich aber nicht mehr brauche/gebraucht habe ...schon lange nicht mehr ...

"Successful  completion  of  the  Euro  800 million  Capital  Increase , July 2, Alpha  Services  and  Holdings  S.A., 100%  parent of  Alpha  Bank  SA  (“Alpha  Bank”), announces  that  it has successfully  completed  the  offering  of 800,000,000  new ordinary 2021 shares  each of  a nominal  value of  €0.30  to institutional  investors  pursuant to a  private  placement  outside of  Greece (“International  Offering”)  and  a public  offering  retail  and  qualified investors  in  Greece (“Public  Offering”). Following  a three share sday  bookb uilding  process, and  after consultation  with  the  Joint  Global  Coordinators  of  the offering,  the  Board  of  Directors  of  Alpha  Bank  set  the  offer  price at gross  proceeds  from the shares  offering  are expected  to reach Euro 8 Euro 1.00  per New  Share. The 00,000,000.  The  share s offering strengthens  Alpha  Bank’s  capital  ratios, allowing the Bank  to  grow dynamically  and take  advantage  of  the attractive  opportunities  in the Greek  market,  unlocked  by  the  EU Recovery  and  Resilience Facility. The  International  Of fering  was  well  oversubscribed  with  books  fully  covered  on  the first day  of  the  offering and with  very  strong support received  from existing shareholders, global  longFIG  specialists. Existing shareholders  were given  prior only  institutional  investors, and ity  allocation in line with  their  proportionate shareholding  in  Alpha Bank, whilst after exhausting  priority  allocations, new shares  were subscribed by  long only  accounts who  received  approximately  77% of  the offer shares  in the International  Offering.  In terms  of regional  participation,  US  and  UK  based  investors  were allocated  the  bulk  of  the offer  shares over 60%  of  the Institutional  Offering  which  was  covered by  c.130 Institutional  names. The  offering was  well  received  domestically  witin  aggregate, h  local  institutional  investors  and  more than  10,000  private investors  participating  in the Public  Offering.   The CEO  of  the Group,  Mr. Vassilios Psaltis which received  strong  interest from  high, stated:  “ The  successful  completion  of  our share offering, quality  investors  and was  oversubscribed,  is  a  clear  vote of confidence  in the  strategic  plan of  Alpha Bank  and the  growth  prospects  for  the  Greek  economy. Yiannis Stournaras hat im  Interview gesagt, dass die griechische Regierung aktuell nicht den Faden der Zentralbank aufnimmt, eine Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft (ehemalig Bad Bank) zu installieren.

Der Kurs heute spiegelt immer nur die (Informations-)Lage heute wieder.

So wie es im Moment ausschaut, will der Staat (die EZB) keine Banken- sondern eine Währungskrise. Die Kapitalisierung aller Euro-Banken sieht insgesamt äusserst schlecht aus. Da reicht wenig, um den ganzen Euro-Laden in sich zusammenfallen zu lassen.

Aber damit hast du recht: Abwarten.

Bei der PB gehts ja wieder ganz gut runter.

(GR)-Banken sind nix für mein Portfolio. Aber ein schöner Short auf die ein oder andere Bank ist immer drin.

sind in meinen AUgen nicht mehr seriös wenn man KE macht so weit weg vom Buchwert

Mal ne kurze Frage die KE der Alpha konnte keiner von euch mitmachen oder?
Denke mal Alpha hat auch alle angelogen wie PB

Konnte nicht mitmachen. War allerdings absehbar. Geht glaube ich technisch auch nicht die Privatanleger außerhalb Gre anzubinden. In jedem Fall lief die Alpha-KE deutlich besser als bei der PB, zudem hat jetzt jeder die Chance einfach an der Börse für <EUR 1 einzusteigen. Jetzt kann es aufwärts gehen.

das jeder Aktionär die KE mitmachen kann
es war ja nur glück das die neuen Aktien nicht zu 30 cent gekommen sind

hätte genauso gut einen wipeout geben können

Ich glaube, dass es jetzt bergauf geht und vlt sogar ein "goldenes Jahrzehnt" für Griechenland anbricht. Der NPL-Abbau ist bald durch, Corona auch überstanden, daneben gibts 30% des BIPs an Zuschüssen von der EU. Mit etwas Glück werden dann auch die Banken endlich mal anfangen zu performen, wird ja auch Zeit.

ja dann immer rein in gr. Banken. Meiner Meinung nach waren das noch lang nicht die letzten KEs

bestehen den EBA-Stresstest. Alle Banken auch OHNE KEs über der Mindestschwelle. D.h., strenggenommen waren die KEs nichtmal nötig. PB und Alpha jeweils bei etwa 10% CET1 inkl. Berücksichtigung der KEs im adversen Szenario.

Fazit: es besteht kein Kapitalproblem mehr. Das ist jetzt offiziell.

Zudem wird anscheinend ein Gesetz geändert, nachdem DTCs bei Verlusten nicht mehr sofort in EK z.G. des griechischen Staats gewandelt weden müssen: https://www.investing.com/news/economy/...credits-to-lenders-2574024.

Jetzt kann es also aufwärts gehen.
