Alles in Forum erinnert mich an die Situation als Steini bei 7 Cent  standen,und nur noch von Insolvenz gefaselt wurde. Die selben Schreiber machen die Aktie ohne konkreteres Wissen auch jetzt wieder miess. Verschwörungs und Untergangszenarien werden aufgebaut,das mann glauben mag Morgen ist es mit Steini zu Ende.
Bitte wo sind die Informationen die das belegen. Erst  wenn die Zahlen auf dem Tisch liegen werden wir sehen  wie's weiter geht.
Ich glaube  an eine Zukunft  von Steini und bleibe weiter investiert.

Habt ihr Lust euch ein bissel pro aktiv mit dem Fall auseinander zusetzen?
Was sind Veräußerungen von Unternehmen, Immobilien und Beteiligungen im ersten Schritt, könnten es etwa Einnahmen sein?

Mhm, und die Abschreibungen des ganzen Drecks erfolgen bis einschließlich 2017, könnte das Ergebnis der 2018 Bilanz etwa entgegen der Erwartungen des Marktes vordergründig grün ausfallen & lässt sich somit ggf. auch erklären warum es Ebene der Steinhoff International Holding eine freigebende Divi in Höhe von 1,3 Millionen € für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 gibt? ;-)

Was passiert denn dann wohl mit dem Kurs falls dem so sein sollte?

selbst wenn Waren Buffet mit 50% einsteigt, geht der Kurs runter.
Wir haben jetzt eine Verbesserung zu Anfang 2018 bestimmt um 50%.

ist das etwa schon alles was die shortfraktion zu bieten hat? und für das machen die solch einen aufwand....kinderkram. azubis, mehr ist da nicht, was?  

Nicht letzte Woche noch so eine Art Trading Update kommen? Zumindest würde das von einigen Vielpuschern mal wieder kolportiert.

VEB / European Investors and Steinhoff extend standstill

Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. ("Steinhoff" and with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

Investment group VEB/European Investors and global retailer Steinhoff have agreed to extend
the suspension of the collective action between them in The Netherlands for a further six-weeks
until 15 May 2019. After the suspension, VEB/European Investors and Steinhoff are both free to
continue the legal proceedings or to reach a settlement for affected shareholders through
negotiations.

VEB/European Investors, as a collective representative, has sued Steinhoff in the Dutch court
for certain financial statements, prospectuses and press releases, which according to VEB are
incorrect and misleading.

The suspension will grant Steinhoff time to continue the ongoing restructuring of its business,
make further progress with the internal investigations and finalise its 2017 and 2018 financial
statements.

VEB/European Investors agreed to the extension because it further supports the stabilisation of
the company, which is in the interest of both the current and former shareholders of Steinhoff.

Shareholders and other investors in Steinhoff are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the securities of the Group.
