@BuyCheapAssets TECT.v - A case for 100:1 return in less than 12 months - Quinton Hennigh in Crescat #119 gives his blessing that Flat could be Donlin sized. He says "think of a scale of system comparable to Eloro (Iska Iska)", "I would put money on this over Donlin Creek". Share count (after the latest raise closes and the June'23 warrants expire) should be appx 295M shares giving a current valuation of ~31M. - 1 year ago QH estimated Eloro's Iska Iska at ~1.1 billion tonnes of ore (Much Bigger Now). In gold terms 1 billion tonnes @ 1g/t equates to 32M oz's. My understanding is QH is only referring to Chicken Mountain. Snowline has a valuation of ~$400M based on Valley deposit looking to be ~10 million Au/ozs. If Snowline made the discovery in a bull market the excitement easily could have run the stock to a multiple of the $400M. Eventually they will likely be valued at minimum $2billion for the nice deposit as the market improves. - There is an aspect of Flat no one is talking about yet: Word on the street is Golden Apex is "Quinton Hennigh's favorite target". The thinking is GA is a Fort Knox / Valley analogue. If this years drilling can show that's the case, we are dealing with two separate (possibly connected) deposits. GA alone can earn Snowline's valuation ($400M-2B depending on the market condition). So how do you price Chicken Mountain in addition to GA. If they can show that CM is on its way to Donlin/ Iska Iska size: Can we reach $3.1B valuation amid the excitement of a bull run? Crescat Kevin always talks about deposits going for %2520 of the rock value at the peak of a bull market. If we are looking at 50M oz amid gold fever: (50Moz x $2500 gold) = $125B x 20% = $25B with 2 drills and $8 million can we show enough to reach $3.1B? I think so. |
