oder warum zieht man sich den aus dem "schicken" N117 Projekt für die Warner Ranch zurück?... MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE VISTA IRRIGATION DISTRICT February 1,2012 Mr. Coox recapped the staff report and the conclusions of the Warner Ranch Committee following its January 23 meeting concerning how to proceed with the concept of alternative energy projects on Warner Ranch in light of the recent experience with Nordex. Mr. Coox recalled that with Nordex, the District entered into an exclusive negotiating agreement, and spent time and money reviewing Nordex' proposal, only to have Nordex cancel the project. Mr. Coox said that since that time, the District has continued to receive inquiries about projects on the Ranch for wind, solar, and even geothermal power. http://www.vid-h2o.org/pdf/bod/minutes/2012/2012_02_01_minutes.pdf nicht dass die "Kapitalmärkte" erschrecken ob der vielen Projekte? andere Gründe sind irgenwie schwer vermittelbar...nachdem doch im Oktober noch folgendes geschrieben wurde... Vista Irrigation District Warner Ranch Wind Project Proposal" and "WindEasement and Lease Agreement" both from Nordex....
Environmental Concern and other federal and state managed lands that are not favorable for wind development. The Vista Irrigation District site stood out as we looked through San Diego County since it is a large parcel in a reasonably good wind resource area, with the Warner substation nearby, out of any protected land.... Nordex has evaluated dozens of potential sites in southern California, and we have rejected 90% of them after conducting the same level of analysis that we have conducted on the Warner Ranch site. So far it appears to be a good project with respect to wind, environmental concerns and military issues. The maps which are included as exhibits of the Stantec Critical Issues analysis illustrate the numerous critical areas and issues in the general region, and show that the Warner Ranch site is outside of these areas.... http://www.vid-h2o.org/pdf/bod/minutes/2011/2011_10_06_wr_minutes.pdf oder hat man langsam da in dem recht neuen Werk in USA, trotz der angeblichen Überkapazitäten mehr Aufträge als man bedienen kann?...dass man es sich sogar erlaubt, Verärgerung beim "Blumenzüchterverein", der immerhin 50 MW ordern wollte, zu hinterlassen...?...nachdem man das eigene Proposal wieder kassiert, mit welchem man eben noch "gelockt" hat?...haben ja dann auch weiterhin Angebote bekommen dort...nur eben nicht mehr von Nordex |
