The corrected April figure would have been more than 19.5%—rather than 14.7%.The official response was that the government doesn't correct its survey results for fear of the appearance of political manipulation.

These are huge differences! ...there was chaos over the category of “temporarily unemployed” due to the shutdown. These people should have been counted as “unemployed,”..."

breittreten, müsste es eigentlich einen ordentlichen Rutsch geben, man darf gespannt sein; ich war schon geneigt, mit Airbus und Konsorten ein wenig zu traden, nachdem Trump mit zwei Geistlichen auf einer Konferenz zum Beten aufgerufen hat und die Futures danach in die Höhe schossen. Späteren Generationen von diesem Klamauk zu erzählen, wird eine Freude.

Glauben tut es keiner, aber alle (viele) gehen davon aus, dass die anderen es glauben und dass sie deshalb mit dem Strom mitschwimmen können. Herauskommt eine Masse, die sich komplett unsinnig verhält.  

wohl auch ein weiterer Sargnagel für die Wiederwahl Trumps, da der "Größte aller Zeiten" für schnelle Lockerungsmaßnahmen getrommelt hat. Ein weiterer Nachweis seiner Inkompetenz!

dass die in einigen Staaten wieder ansteigenden Infektionszahlen darauf beruhen, dass mehr getestet wird. Sollten aber auch die Todeszahlen wieder steigen, dann würde sich bestätigen, wovor die Mediziner gewarnt haben, nämlich, dass man in den USA aufgrund verfrühter Öffnung von der ersten nahtlos in die zweite Welle übergeht.

Trump hätte damit den gleichen Fehler zweimal gemacht.

Solch einen Entwicklung hat das Potential, die Weltordnung gehörig durcheinanderzuwirbeln.
Der wirtschaftliche Vorsprung der USA ggü. China würde noch schneller dahinschmelzen als bisher.  
In 1-2 Wochen wissen wir mehr.
 

Trump wirklich "gewählt" wird, weiß auch keiner. Ich traue denen alles zu...
