HSBC Limited – Mr. Anderson Q. Could you give us an update your mobile coverage as you fill the gap and move towards grand launch, and on your small cell strategy.
A. (Amin) The most innovative part of our small cell deployment is the white box on the ceiling. This box does not have an OEM brand to it. This platform was built by Rakuten engineers. From the hardware and the components, we took full responsibility to integrate LTE and Wi-Fi. We announced together with Qualcomm, the world first virtual small cell. In terms of coverage, we manage this through real-time management system to see coverage when it comes on-air. We are the only operator that looks at customer level KPIs. In terms of plugging the gaps, next stage is the difficult parts such as basements.
A. (Mikitani) Outdoor coverage is very good. For indoor, we have KDDI coverage. In some areas we don’t have KDDI coverage so that’s where we need to solve. We are using entire Rakuten group resources. So like hotels, we are the biggest travel agent in Japan, so we have contacts with hotels. For restaurants, we have a portfolio company Gurunavi. So they will help us install small cells all over Japan. I am very confident that within 6 months, our network quality and coverage in our own area is going to be as good as other carriers.
