In Vergangenheit wurde der Kurs zum Schluss runtergepüüügelt OHNE Ende und ALLE staunten nicht schlecht.

Jetzt sitzt ihr auf zur Zeit   NICHThandelbaren    Papieren denn losbekommen tut sie KEINER und das ist F A K T   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wie konnte man nur zugucken wie die Firma ihre Papiere entwertete.....???  Schlau und seeehr CLEVER....HUT ab ...lach

Investment in ROK Global PLC - Issue of Equity

Alpha Prospects is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 0.87 per cent
interest in ROK Global PLC ("RGP"), a mobile, web and industrial technology,
applications and services company listed on the GXG OTC Exchange.

Alpha has acquired 5,000,000 new RGP ordinary shares for a consideration of £
50,000 which has been satisfied by the issue of 2,000,000 new Alpha Ordinary
Shares at a price of 2.5 pence per share. The new shares issued to RGP
represent 0.77 per cent of Alpha's enlarged issued share capital. Following the
issue of the shares RGP is indirectly interested in a total of 20 million
Ordinary Shares in Alpha representing 7.66 per cent of Alpha's issued share
capital.

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of
Alpha Prospects Plc confirms that the Company now has 261,115,579 shares of
0.5p in issue carrying voting rights.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.

Investment in ROK Stars PLC - Issue of Equity

pha Prospects is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 0.27% per cent
interest in ROK Stars PLC ("ROK"), a consumer products development company
listed on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange.

Alpha has acquired 292,583 new ROK ordinary shares for a consideration of
£450,000 which has been satisfied by the issue of 18,000,000 new Alpha Ordinary
Shares at a price of 2.5 pence per share. The new shares issued to ROK
represent 7.5 per cent of Alpha's enlarged issued share capital.

The Directors believe that ROK represents an attractive investment opportunity
due to its expanding portfolio of innovative products.

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of
Alpha Prospects Plc confirms that the Company now has 259,115,579 shares of
0.5p in issue carrying voting rights.

aber warum sollten die macher das zusammenlegen?
es gibt allein für diese akb eine menge rks aktionäre in bayern.
meinste die haben interesse an rkg? bei der historie?
und wenn ich an kasperlis berechnungen denke, okay der gute
hatte vor 2 jahren schon die dollsten für rkg auf lager....,
aber er nennt einigermaßen nachvollziehbar rks max. 10 cent wert.
dann kommt deine quote schon wieder realistischer rüber.
so wie ich das sehe, hat der us-guru dejoira sein schampoo pferd gut laufen.
macht damit kohle ohne ende, gibt den wohltäter hier und da und spielt
mit den kendricks zusammen ein wenig rok-music. als spass an der freude...
mal schauen..... ist doch eh wurscht. das leben ist schön.......
