eine Woche ist wieder vorbei. Ereignisreich wie die Shopanzahl im Wachstum zeigt. Global ist die wachsende Aufmerksamkeit auf die epoxyapp.com Webseite ebenfalls zu bemerken. Wie immer, neutral berichtet. :)

Ich melde mich in einer Woche mit neuen Zahlen.

Aber sag mal, sind die zugriffszahlen auf die webseite (nur USA) für den stand 17.02.15 korrekt?

Ja, die Zahlen mit 1,732,138  sind korrekt.

Es kann gut sein, das je nach "Saison" für bestimmte Waren oder Dienstleistungen die zugriffszahlen auf anderen Webseiten höher ausfallen. Somit wird eine Webseite wie epoxyapp.com natürlich etwas abgewertet.

In dem Bereich 1.000.000 bis 3.000.000 entstehen öfters größere Schwankungen. Sollte epoxyapp.com dauerhaft unter die 1.000.000 Marke kommen, werden die Schwankungen geringer.

The rank improved 12,651,634 positions versus the previous 3 months !!!!!! Das bedeutet eine Popularitätssteigerung von mehr als 250% . Sehr geil...........  

wie ungemein beruhigens es doch ist, wenn man hier mal längere Zeit nicht reinschaut und das Ding einfach laufen lässt ;-) nur zu empfehlen.

also noch ist nicht aller Tage abend, wie man so schon sagt. Die Bits in USA steiegn noch gering und evtl. sehn wir noch ask über 10 cent. Die Mio Umsatz schaffen wir heute noch. Alles sieht genauso aus wie Anfang Januar. Eine gute Nachricht von der IFA und.............. na mal sehn:-)  

Ich bin auch schon auf die News nach der IFA2015 gespannt! Vielleicht wartet auf uns ja der ganz große Deal.
Die fast fertiggestellte deutsche Version der App sollte auch in Deutschland eine große Begeisterung für Epoxy auslösen.
Chart technisch sieht es auch wieder nach steigenden Kursen aus.
 

Es ist echt schön, dass immer mehr weiter geht bei der Epoxy, ständig wird an dem Unternehmen weiter geschraubt und gebastelt (im positiven Sinne) und was will man mehr???!!! Wichtig ist, dass der Kurs ständig bisschen steigt, ich brauch nicht gleich 0,20 Cent sondern, schön langsam die 0,12 - 0,15 und dann Step bei Step, denn so wie es derzeit aussieht sind wir am besten Weg, das big Picture zu malen und wenn es in 3 Jahren dann ganz fertig ist, ist es auch okay, denn man wird meistens nicht über Nacht zum Millionär, aber mit paar Jahren kann es schon mal klappen *hope* :))))

On February 1, 2015 the Company entered into a Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Wheat Creative LLC (the “Consultant”), a Nevada Limited Liability Company.   Under the terms of the Agreement, the Consultant shall be engaged to redesign the Company’s mobile app for both iOS and Android.  As consideration for services rendered, the Consultant shall receive a total of 200,000 shares of the Company’s restricted common shares, deliverable upon completion and delivery of the redesign of the Company’s mobile app for both iOS and Android.  

Under the terms of the Agreement Scherf will provide communications with shareholders, drafting and placing press announcements and articles pertaining to the Company’s business and introduction to venture capital firms, hedge funds and other potential investors. In consideration for services provided, exclusive of venture capital introduction) Scherf shall receive compensation equal to 0.5% of the increase in the market cap of the Company from one fiscal quarter to the next.  The compensation shall be paid in the form of common shares of the Company determined by the average closing price of the Company’s common stock over the last ten trading days of the fiscal quarter to be compensated for. Such compensation shall be paid within fifteen (15) days of the close of each fiscal quarter.  Further the Company shall compensate Scherf for all venture capital introduction ate a rate of 3% of any and all funds received as investments by any venture capital, hedge fund or other investor introduced by Scherf. The compensation shall be paid in the form of common shares of the Company determined by the average closing price of the Company’s common stock over the last ten trading days of the fiscal quarter to be compensated for. Such compensation shall be paid within fifteen (15) days of the close of each fiscal quarter.Further by resolution of the Board it was determined that Scherf shall receive additional compensation in the form of 1,000,000 restricted shares of the Company’s common stock as consideration for the translation of the Company’s website, and mobile application into German.
