I am a professional person with over 20 years of retail experience and venture ownership.
The 8-K is REQUIRED to demonstrate all risks asociated with puchasing this stock.
The 2 items of greatest importance to me thus far in reading...I need to take a break is:
1. these guys pay their bills, as demonstrated by the reduction in long term debt
2. there is no "going concern" statement, at least not that I have seen.
Tom will not jeapardize a great private and public carrer on a scam. This is a growth story that will occur. Money is available. The nature of an 8-K is not a "pump" story. It is intended to show risk/balances/mgmt and plans.
This is a very promising 8-K in my opinion and will be worth well more than .03 cents in the next year.
This is a bottom floor growth investment...you either have the guts to buy and hold or you watch the screen everyday along with the day traders. I'll let my 400K shares stay put for at least 1 year.
