Cristal(Tasnee) hat Bemax Resources Ltd über übernommen (australischer Mining Konzern (TiO2)). Die vorgangsweise dabei war die gleiche wie hier und auch Antoine Shirfan wurde damals ins Management gesetzt. Bei einer Aufstockung auf 35% mit den nächste 6 Mio wird es meiner Meinung eine Übernahme --> vielleicht wird diese gerade vorbereitet deswegen auch die Funkstille...

Saudi Arabia's National Titanium Dioxide (a.k.a. Cristal) has stepped in with an agreement to acquire a significant stake in Australia's BeMaX Resources to help it develop the Pooncarie minerals sands project in the Murray Basin of New South Wales.
Cristal furnished A$10 million to complete BeMaX's purchase of Probo Mining, a subsidiary of Sons of Gwalia that controls a 25% interest in Pooncarie. As a result of the buyout, BeMaX assumes 100% control of Pooncarie, while Sons of Gwalia receives a 20% stake in BeMaX. …

Bemax recommends Cristal takeover

Bemax Resources, an Australian mineral sands producer, has recommended a A$301 million ($289 million) takeover offer from Saudi Arabia's National Titanium Dioxide Company, known as Cristal. Cristal's offer of A$0.32 a share represents a 45 percent premium to Bemax's last closing price of A$0.22, Thomson Reuter reported. It already holds 34.54 percent of Bemax's shares. Cristal intends to use Bemax to supply its Millennium plant in Western Australia. Morgan Stanley and Hopgood Ganim Lawyers are advising on the deal.
