Hier die Antwort von Chris Grove auf unsere Frage, wass denn nun wieder an den neuerlichen Geruechten aus dem Stockhaus dran sein sollte: In regards this rumor, this is something that we contemplating – the spinning off of the Eldor – and there are several reasons for this. If we hit drill results similar to what we expect to, then the Eldor would be potentially in the ranks of one of the largest and richest ore bodies of any kind of commodity ever known on the planet. This would then lead us to want to direct a large amount of funds towards proving up the deposit and in regards this money we very clearly feel that the money we have in the current Commerce treasury would not be properly used to do this. And so, we would create a subsidiary (which for now we could call ‘Commerce Resources Exploration’) AND we would then give a share dividend to ALL current Commerce Resources shareholders. Then we would take in a very large amount of funds from Quebec based funds who receive a very positive tax credit from the Quebec Government for development in that province. And so ultimately we would be able to raise a lot of money to allow the Eldor to move ahead with it’s own treasury WITHOUT diluting the share capital structure in Commerce Resources any further. Most importantly the funds that we have in Commerce’s treasury is more properly spent putting the Upper Fir project into production and that is our primary focus at this time. And so finally ALL current Commerce shareholders would be exposed to this new opportunity via the share distribution. I hope that makes this situation clear and that you are excited by this possibility. |
