Re: New Filing In Adversary Proceeding - WMI Withdraws Request For Sanctions 22-Aug-09 07:50 pm Ghost, agree with you 100% on the Landis letter,,its merely a worthless 'Hail Mary' on the part of the piglets. Read the other so-called appeals, IMO they have no merit whatsoever. As you correctly state, they are important. I will believe JPIG is bending when I see results. I take things at face value, and given what we have seen to date does NOT lead me to believe that JPIG has EVER, and will ever, 'deal' in good faith. Their earlier filings pointed out, and arrogant prick JD has reaffirmed in public, that they paid fair value for WM, no ands, ifs, or buts, about it, couldve paid $1 and still got it. This latest rope-a-dope by them, the specious appearance of dealing in good faith, is exactly that. As I have said before, I would love to be dead wrong about my opinion on that. But until I see some action from Judge Walrath, or JPIG actually and truly 'bending' on something, my opinion will remain unchanged. You are correct, it is mere speculation on my part.
JD and his axis of evil are concerned only with running out the clock on WMI, he does not intend to pay another dime. You can count on that. Lets all ZEN Judge Mary some good karma over the weekend. messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_W/threadview ----------- St Jean Cap Ferrat Nur meine Meinung.
