rufen zum Trotz.....es geht schon wieder abwärts 21,6 cent meine Herren und Damen der Solarzunft.......
Was wollen wir anders machen ,wir haben ja so und so keine Möglichkeit als Kleinanleger hier gegen etwas auszurichten.Wenn die die nächste KE kommt dann kommt sie.Dann wird dann wohl auch noch der Kurs optisch bearbeitet werden (Splitt)
Wenn aber aber mal tatsächlich die Insolvenz vor der Türe stehen sollte, dann weiss  ich an wen ich mich wende.....,gruss auch an die Lilo Wanders Jünger.....

so jetzt erstmal zuschaun wie es gen Süden der Richtung 0,20 geht.........

was meinen sie dazu als Anleger ?

Der Chart gibt hier doch alles vor , das Dreieck sollte sich somit bald auflösen (Zwangspunkt) und zwar nach unten ,deswegen auch,weil Arise wieder im letzten Quartal , (Q2 2010 ) Verluste in Höhe von 7,4 Millionen $ ausgewiesen hat.Das ist doch sehr bedenklich ,denn man kann sich vorstellen ,was die noch nicht mal ganz zu ende gedachten halbfertige Baustellen  in naher Zukunft verschlingen werden .Wer soll die Vorhaben noch alle finanzieren ? Wo ist z.B.der Investor für den geplanten Solarpark in BIW (Fertigstellung Okt.2010 ) ?Warum wird daran so lange "herumgedoktert"?

Schlossfolgernd daraus wird das derz.Kapital nicht ausreichen.Entweder steigt hier ein neuer Investor ein oder die nächste KE steht wieder ins Haus ,sodass der Aktien Kurs weiter fallen dürfte durch die gestiegene Aktienanzahl ,welches man auch als Verwässerung bezeichnet.Die Longs wissen das zu genüge .Aber bekommen sie den überhaupt noch Geldgeber ?Ich sehe das sehr kritisch ,nach derzeitigem Stand er Faktenlage.
Ein User Namens stupidgame ,den ich sehr schätze ,  (Wallstreet -Online ) schrieb (alles unter Vorbehalt) ,dass die Bezüge des Managements um 80 % gestiegen wären .Wenn das stimmt .....

summa summarum  stehen wir somit ganz wieder am Anfang dieser unendlichen Geschichte ,die keine Ende nimmt ......oder vielleicht doch bald eine Ende hat ?
Wer weiss das ? Man hat nun wirklich das Gefühl ,dass sie nicht wissen was sie tun bzw.wo sie als erstes anfangen sollen.Sie geben sich zwar Ziele vor ,scheitern aber daran entspr.Ergebnisse vorzuweisen und zwar mit knallharten Fakten.
Nun ,dass kann manchmal dann ganz schnell gehen ,wenn die kreditgebende Bank ,hier Commerzbank , den Hahn zudreht und die Geschäfte nicht weiter  unterstützen will/möchte ,da ja nun immer wieder Verluste ausgewiesen werden und in naher Zukunft weiterhin damit zu rechnen ist ,das auch hier der grüne Zweig in weite Ferne rückt.Auch hier dürfte die Geduld bald ein Ende finden.Denn Arise ist nicht fähig aus Ihren Versprechungen heraus Taten zu verwirklichen, die auch dann Früchte tragen.

Schönes WE allen  ,das war nur meine Sicht der Dinge dich ich mal auf die schnelle hier loss werden wollte und auch als Dokumentation dient....., (ansonsten schreibt es ja keiner )

Noch dazu,wo der Kurs wieder unter ALLEW Tageslinien rümdümpelt...und heute auch noch ein Gäääp vollzogen wurde...
Übrigens ist in BIW scheinbar noch kein Handschlag bzgl. des Solarparks gemacht worden...  

Hat man ja die letzten Wochen gesehn, was von den parabolycs zu halten ist. Downtime hatteste schon ,,vorhergesagt", dann gings wieder hoch und schwups waren die Parabolycs aufeinmal grün. Jetzt sind sie mal wieder rot ....toll.
Das der Solarpark ,,durch" ist wurde nie behauptet. Jedenfalls nicht von offizieller Seite.  

 

Normalerweise sagt man erstmal "Guten Abend " und wenn man "neu " ist , dann stellt man sich hier dem werten Fach- Publikum im  Forum doch erstmal vor ,das gehört sich doch so ,oder ?

Aber egal, kein optimaler Einstieg .Gehe davon aus ,dass du  hier auf "Krawall" aus bist ,anstatt sich mit Arises Problemen zu beschäftigen und die mal auf den Grund gehst und auch konstruktive Lösungsvorschläge erarbeitest.Das kann man doch wohl verlangen ,von  Neulingen, oder?
Demnach bist du dazu  doch nicht fähig.Schade eigentlich.

So langsam zerrt es bei den Longs an den Nerven .....ja das zittern fängt jetzt an ,nachdem Arise wieder Verluste vorzuweisen hat.Nachdem alles wieder unsicher ist :
Wer weiss was hier alles noch passiert.Man  mag es sich nicht vorstellen.Noch findet der Kurs Unterstützung durch die starken Hände.Will nicht hoffen ,dass bald hier die Lawine loßgetreten wird.Was dann passiert kann man sich vorstellen.

Cumulative PV Installations Will Exceed 100 GW In Next Five Years

Cumulative PV installations will top 120 GW by the end of 2014, according to a new report from IMS Research. Annual PV installations will grow steadily at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 20% between 2011 and 2014.

In these four years, some 80 GW of new PV capacity will be added globally. Growth rates are predicted to slow over the next four years (compared to the huge 95% growth rate forecast for 2010), IMS Research adds.

Global market share for PV installations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) will fall from 79% in 2009 to 48% in 2014 as major European markets stagnate and Asian and North American market growth accelerates. Despite the introduction of several new feed-in tariffs (FITs) and emerging European PV markets, EMEA's PV market is predicted to remain dominated by just three countries, which will account for more than 60% of new installations in 2014.

According to the report, Asia's PV market will grow at a CAGR of 45% over the next five years, installing around 10 GW of new capacity in 2014. Strong growth is predicted for both Japan and China through current and future FIT schemes and public tenders of large-scale PV plants.

By 2014, China will be the world's largest PV market, installing more than both U.S. and Germany (the second and third largest markets). China will become a dominant force in both the supply of PV components and demand for PV systems, with utility-scale plants leading the country’s PV market development, the company says.

Finally, by 2015, there will be at least 25 countries installing more than 100 MW annually. The U.K. will be one of the fastest-growing markets globally (in percentage terms), with more than 1 GW of new PV capacity added over the next five years, IMS Research predicts.

"The PV market remains highly volatile and cyclical in nature," says report author and PV research director Ash Sharma. "Market maturity is still some years away, and although investment in the industry presents large risks, there are also major potential rewards to be reaped, as the long-term outlook is very positive - with over 100 GW of new PV capacity being added in the next five years."

Earlier in October we press released that we booked revenue of more than $15M in Q3 and continue to expect to ship the 14–16MW for the second half, resulting in revenues of between C$42-48M.



Now with respect to your specific questions, I am sure you are aware that as a public company I can only comment on information that has been previously made public. We have announced that we will begin production ramp for Line 2 in Q1-2009.

As we have previously announced we expect that the cells produced on Line 2 will have an efficiency of up to 18% when the line is fully optimized.

We have stated that Lines 2 – 12 will come on stream over 5 years; and that there is a step by step progression to increasing efficiencies (20%+)

As we annunced previously we have entered into a lease for our Si Pilot Manufacturing Plant in Kitchener. We expect to establish production capacity of 50 tonnes per year in 2009.  The facility can support a further expansion of production capacity to 400 tonnes per year in 2010.



Wie will man dieses Jahr die angepeilten 42 bis 45 Mio Umsatz schaffen?



As previously announced on October 6 we exceeded $15M in sales in Q3 and are tracking to meet previous gudance of between $42 – $45M for the year.

Wieso ist die Kapitalerhöhung zu 2.20 Can$ über die Bühne gegangen,wenn danach der Kurs nach unten geprügelt wird?



As you are aware the financial markets have been in a downdraft on a global basis. This is a historic period in time that has included bank bailouts and government intervention. Sock indexes are down significantly from their highs. ARISE is not the only stock in the solar sector to have decreased dramatically.  Attached is an analysis from RBC Capital Markets to Oct 24 that shows the decreases in various solar tech stock prices.



Da haben die Käufer doch gar nichts verdient?



A number of senior management and directors also participated in this offering, myself included.  The team is focused on execting the business plan. We do not comment on stock market fluctuations.

Ich persönlich bin der Meinung,allein schafft das Arise nicht,sondern sie müssen wohl verkauft werden(siehe Ersol/Bosch)

Ich will hoffen, dass du weist wo du dich drauf eingelassen hast.Glückwunsch das du seit 1.Monat Mitleser bist  .Wenn du dich umfassend informieren willst dann fang mal ab 2007 an........dann weist du was hier los ist,warum Arise von 2,20 Cad auf 0,22 Cad abdriften konnte.
Auskunft dürften dir auch die Herrschaften palim palin sowie eine Brisca geben ,die vorzügliche Infos zu haben scheinen und MOD Qualitäten besitzen.
