The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to option agreement dated Oct. 21, 2010, between Bear Lake Gold Ltd., Odyssey Resources Ltd. and Newstrike Resources Ltd. Bear Lake and Newstrike own an interest of 75 per cent and 25 per cent, respectively, in the Swansea property located in Northeastern Ontario. Pursuant to the agreement, Odyssey shall have the option to acquire from Bear Lake and Newstrike an interest of 18.75 per cent and 6.25 per cent, respectively. Both Odyssey and Newstrike are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. This is a non-arm's-length transaction as David Fennell and Alain Krushnisky are the executive chairman and chief financial officer, respectively, of Bear Lake and Odyssey.
