wie schon vor 1-2Monaten geschrieben...
alle Rücksetzer sind ne super chance zum nachlegen....

und wenn es bis juni dauert bis die Genehmigung kommt... egal...
ab dem Moment wo sie da ist wird es ne riesenexplosion kommen...

die haben ja bereits Verträge unterschrieben,
das Gericht hat auch eine Klage abgewiesen wegen der Gefährdung etc...
abwarten..günstig zukaufen, und dann grinsen wenn es soweit ist ;)  

sie haben die genehmigung für 2 JAHRE

           Goh Hoe Hoe There are some who accused the Lynas factory of exporting waste to
           Malaysia in the name of investment . Is that true ? Many knows that
           Malaysia is a major exporter of tin ingot and tin products in the
           world. But not many know that Malaysia is also a major importer of tin
           as well, further more they dont even know that for years Malaysia has
           been importing tin concentrate from Australia which also yield tin
           slag as a by product. Based on this facts then Malaysia has been
           importing waste from Australia. Sad to say that Miss Lee the DAP youth
           vice chief is ignorant about that. But when the value of tantalum was
           known , many has started to dig out tin slag buried underground for
           tantalum. Tantalum is also a rare earth . Beside that the tin slag
           found in Penang also contain thorium. When Penang was under BN , the
           Pakatan and NGO allian to them had been questioning about the safe
           level of Tin Slag for many times. But since Pakatan took over Penang
           they have stopped asking this question . Does that mean their mindset
           also change with the change in their status
           Looking from another angle ,STOP LYNAS SAVE MALAYSIA logo itself is
           ambigous and misleading . According to the Lynas Company , the
           residue can be converted 100 % into useful products which are eco
           friendly. So Stop Lynas Save Malaysia May means Stop Lynas from Saving
           Malaysia , it may also means that LGE wants Malaysia People to eat
           grass in future , and he wants to prevent Malaysia People from
           progressing, deprive Malaysia People every opportunies of development

           Dre Tamilwanan I trust scientific reasoning. Rare earth refining is beginning to become cleaner with new technology. We have to stop looking to the past and start thinking about what we are going to do in the future.

           Lynas has the potential to bring us forward, and provided they adhere to the specified standards, they are most welcome in Malaysia.

"sell in may and go away" wieder einwenig Einzug an der Börse hält. Die News von lynas sind ja in Ordnung!  

es ist beängstigen, wenn gute nachrichten kommen und es geschieht nichts.......vielleicht kommt jetzt der schwarze schwan

 

leben jetzt in einem kartenhaus aus bierdeckeln aufgebaut...wann zieht einer die unterste karte? morgen...nächste woche..in einem monat...keiner  weiß es

 

Da müßt Ihr Geduld haben bis zur Veröffentlichung des Berichts der Untersuchungskommission der hearings , die am 10/11. Mai und am 21. Mai stattfinden sollen. Der Bericht soll am19. Juni erscheinen.

ich weiss nicht wer hier etwas seltsames in den umlauf bringt.
nur komisch sind die aussagen von lynas zur möglichen produktions aufnahme.
es geht hierbei garnicht ob sie dürfen oder nicht,
sondern ,die produktionsanlagen sind noch garnicht komplett fertig gestellt.

ich zitire mal was so geschrieben wird........Und die Verarbeitungs-Anlage im malaysischen Kuatan soll bereits Ende dieses Jahres in die Produktion gehen.............

uns wurde schon letztes jahr weis gemacht das sie produzieren könten.
was soll man davon halten????
weis irgendwer was konkretes???

Warum auch, die Fakten kommen eh bald auf den Tisch.
Momentan wird überall einfach zuviel geredet und vermutet. Vielleicht steckt dort auch mehr dahinter - eventuell den Preis drücken ??
Einfach abwarten und nicht alles auf die Goldwaage legen.
Aber das ist nur meine Meinung.  

Lynas hatte die Kosten für das Q1 auf 47 Mio $ geschätzt. Nun müssen wir noch ein zweites Quartal dran hängen, da die parlamentarische Untersuchungskommission seinen Bericht beabsichtigt, erst Mitte Juni zu veröffentlichen. Danach werden vermutlich neue Anregungen und  Aufforderungen zu Nachbesserungen kommen, da man ja nicht sein Gesicht verlieren will. Da werden bis zur Produktionsaufnahme schon mal 100 Mio zusammen kommen. Das kann nicht mehr vom voraussichtilichen Gewinn 2012 aufgefangen werden.  

sämtliche seltene Erden Aktien rauschen doch nur noch runter, weil man längst einen Ersatz für seltene Erden gefunden hat. Aber dass wird euch erst in einem 3/4 Jahr erzählt.
Das Wort "selten" blendet natürlich ganz schön...ich studiere selbst Chemie. Ich weiß dass es Eratzstoffe gibt und man sich auch in Rekordtempo um diese bemüht.
Das ist meiner Meinung die eigentliche Story, die hier gespielt wird.
Aber vielleicht täusche ich mich auch. Sollte nur mal ein Denkanstoß sein.  

Jeder weiß, dass es bereits seit Jahren bzw. Jahrzehnten möglich gewesen wäre auf Alternativkraftstoffe umzusatteln aber gemacht hat es keiner. Nur weil bereits eine weiter Technologie vorhanden ist kann das noch Jahrzehnte dauern bis diese wirklich umgesetz wird. ES WERDEN MEHR AKKUS&CO benötigt werden, da sind wir uns wohl einig und die benötigen nuneinmal selten erden.
