Seh ich auch so,

höhere Frachtpreise haben wir jetzt  schon um 5,8 %. Mach bei 4,4 Mrd 255 Mio Umsatz mehr, ich denke der Prozess mit ABFS ist eine der letzen Möglichkeiten yrcw zu stoppen, schaut auch mal die Frachtzahlen an 2 * über 50000 im Mai gabs auch Feiertage aber solche Frachtzahlen wurden niemals erreicht (und dann rechnet das ganze mal zum Vergleich mal 1,0058). Da Beige Buch sieht weiter Wirtschaftwachstum in den USA  vor,auch der Chicagoger Einkaufsmanager Index ist gestiegen, das Verbrauchervertrauen zieht an das für die USA einer der wichtigsten Parameter ist, und gestern auch der Häusermarkt erhohlt sich leicht, die Produktivität verstärkt sich wieder. Also alles gar nicht so schlecht.

Eine Kapitalbeschaffungsmassnahme von yrcw über 300 Millionen kann auch anders erfolgen wie über Aktienausgabe, sondern auch über Bonds so wie ich gelesen habe heit es im Satz eine KE sollte bis 31. Dezember 2012 von 300 Mio erfolgen durch Ausgabe von Aktien oder aber auch andere Möglichkeiten werden von TIFANIC akzeptiert.

Ich selber bin kein Schönreder, kein Pessimist oder Realist...ich bin einfach ein wirtschaftlich interessierter Anleger.

Ich warte lieber, bis der Rauch sich verzogen hat, ist sicherer.

FedEx (FDX) this afternoon said it will raise rates for its Ground and Home delivery operations by 4.9%, starting January 3rd.

FedEx said full average rate increases will be 5.9% for the two units. It also said an adjustment of the fuel price threshold would reduce the fuel surcharge on customers by one percentage point.

The rate hike follows a 3.9% hike on FedEx’s Express service and a 6.9% hike on Freight and LTL rates, announced back in September.

Ich denke, da sind wir alle gleicher Meinung: Die MK ist wirklich unterirdisch tief; mit anderen Worten ist YRC enorm unterbewertet. Ist gut für diejenigen, die nicht sämtliches Pulver verschossen haben, sondern bei einem solch interessantem Kurs nachkaufen können...
