Mr. Whiteside is a senior partner with Miller Thomson LLP, one of Canada's leading law firms. From 1992 to 2007 he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Mr. Whiteside has substantive experience in all aspects of general commercial law, and consults regularly with clients who require input on day to day business decisions in addition to major transactions and business initiatives.
