In his position with the Grains Research Lab of the Canadian Grains Commission Burcon has, over the past several years, solicited Dr. Daun's professional opinion on a variety of technical subjects regarding canola. Now that Dr. Daun has retired from his positions with these public organizations, Burcon has seized the opportunity to formalize the relationship with Dr. Daun.
"We are excited at the opportunity to have Jim work with our scientists and other professionals," stated Johann F. Tergesen, Burcon's President & COO who added, "We pride ourselves in being one of the leaders with respect to canola protein and Jim's expertise clearly complements the strengths of our existing team." |
