What a ridiculous statement. Why is the TOL bad news, for a company that has been held up by protests from people who can't understand either facts or science, who can't accept the word of the AELB, the IAEA, the PSC, and countless other experts, and who have become the puppets and brain-washed tools of politicians like Fuziah Saleh whose only aim is to get re-elected?

Even Fuziah has changed her tune - she now says it is not the radioactivity that is the problem (which of course it isn't) but the waste. Except there will be no waste - all the residue will be turned into saleable materials like gypsum. And the radiation levels at any stage throughout the plant, from the input all the way to the residue and the output, is less than the background radiation from the road outside the plant!
The TOL is NOT bad news - it is excellent news, and significantly de-risks LYC.
The anti-Lynas idiots have sworn to blockade the port at Kuantan and paralyse it. That would be a good way to end up in jail and being fined.
I really have to wonder at the intelligence - or lack of it - of the anti-Lynas mob, who are so easily led and manipulated by the cynical politicians like Fuziah and co.. |
