GovDelivery Chosen as Cloud Computing Supplier for UK Government G-Cloud Initiative    15 second(s) ago

GovDelivery Chosen as Cloud Computing Supplier for UK Government G-Cloud Initiative

LONDON, Feb. 19, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GovDelivery announced today that they have been accepted into the UK Government's G-Cloud programme and will be listed in the G-Cloud catalogue.

The government first proposed the G-Cloud initiative to bring a wider range of suppliers to the public sector market while increasing the flexibility of procurement contracts. The programme aims to create an online system that public sector organisations can use to find services and supplies without the restriction of lengthy contracts and complex procurement.

GovDelivery will be listed in the Software-as-a-Service category. As an international leader in government-to-citizen communication solutions, GovDelivery currently serves more than 500 government organisations, including dozens of central government agencies and local authorities in the UK.

GovDelivery will be offering targeted multi-channel communication solutions, Digital Communication Management and Transactional Messaging Services, designed specifically for the public sector, as part of the G-Cloud catalogue.

"The publishing of the G-Cloud catalogue provides government the power to transform the way they are procuring a vast number of innovative services," said Dave Worsell, Director of Government Solutions, GovDelivery UK. "At a time when government is pressured to manage with lower budgets, while at the same time, increasing electronic service provision and delivering higher citizen satisfaction, cloud computing is an essential part of the solution. GovDelivery has always provided cloud-based government communication solutions, so we know just how impactful leveraging solutions in the cloud can be."

"We're privileged to be included in the G-Cloud catalogue as a recognized supplier of government-focused cloud solutions," said Scott Burns, CEO and co-Founder of GovDelivery. "We do believe that government can increase efficiency and decrease IT costs simultaneously by utilising cloud computing, and GovDelivery has hundreds of clients who are doing just that, including dozens in the UK and across Europe."

64447 Postings, 7533 Tage LibudaGood development of Procurian (former ICGCommerce)

• 2011 revenues grew 19% to $120.6 million compared with $101.1 million in 2010

• 2011 EBITDA grew 30% to $22.2 million from $17.1 million in 2010

• Signed 5 new clients in 2011, as well as several key renewals, including Kimberly Clark and Timken

• Achieved over 100% of its savings targets for clients in 2011

• Rolling out SavingsLink to clients, which provides in depth visibility into realized savings

• Broadened global presence, expanding into Latin America, Europe and Asia and is building out a global sales team

• Launched Manufacturing Advisory Board

24.02.12 20:48

64447 Postings, 7533 Tage LibudaAuch Govdelivery entwickelt sich gut

•2011 revenue growth of 28% compared to 2010

•Added over 5 million unique end-users during Q4, bringing total unique end-users to 27.3 million

•Sent 4.1 billion messages to the public in 2011 through the GovDelivery platform, compared to 2.9 billion messages in 2010

•Closed acquisition of GovInteract in order to add critical voice and ReverseDial capabilities to strengthen emergency communication offering

•Added 59 new clients and continued growth spread across local, UK and Federal markets

•Strengthened add-on products and built pipeline that has already seen strong market response

•Signed a multi-year agreement to launch and integrate new CRM functionality with the GovDelivery platform for a major federal agency that will expand revenue from that client by 250%

From last report: GovDelivery, Inc. (92%) ($10-$20 million) - (A) Our Core Consolidated Companies (including ownership % and 2011 revenue range in parentheses) consist of: GovDelivery, Inc. (92%) ($10-$20 million), Procurian, Inc.(81%) ($120-$130 million) and Investor Force Holdings, Inc. (79%) (<$10 million).(B) Our Core Equity Companies (including ownership % and 2011 revenue range in parentheses) consist of: Channel Intelligence, Inc. (49%) ($20-$30 million), Freeborders, Inc. (31%) ($20-$30 million) and WhiteFence, Inc. (36%) ($10-$20 million).

In 2010 was reported about the same range: ($10-$20 million).

Because Govdelivery had a growth of reveneus of 28% in 2011, I believe, that the revenues are nearer at 20 million than on 10 million - after my estimates about 16 million in 2011.

By the same growth-rate in 2012 like 2011 Govdelivery will cross 20 million in 2012.
