Nummer 2 genutzt und die Bonus-Aktien waren nicht restricted und wurden wie es "Circle_Jerk" auch geschrieben hat als "Stock issued for employee compensation" (Mitarbeitervergütungen) mit im "cash flow" des Jahresberichtes verrechnet.
Mit der Restriction das sieht man schön an der Veränderung in den Jahresberichten.
von 2012 zu 2013 kamen nur die 7.666.666 shares als restricted shares dazu

übrigens : Future sales of restricted common stock under Rule 144 or otherwise could negatively impact the market price of our common stock.
