The Company has appointed Mr. Paul Ankcorn as a Director as of October 15, 2008. Mr. Ankcorn received his Honours of Business Administration Degree from Wilfred Laurier University in 1978 and became a Certified Management Accountant in 1983 (although this designation is currently inactive). Paul is currently a Director of Richmond Minerals Inc. Bear Lake Gold Ltd, Remington Resources Inc. and Eloro Resources Ltd. All being TSX Venture listed companies.
Mr. Ankcorn has been appointed to the Company's audit committee, with additional responsibilities for review of all regulatory compliance matters, project acquisition and financing. Current management and directors look forward to having Paul join the board.
