GS Energy resultierte aus der ehemaligen Inseq. Dazu eröffnete ich vor ca. einem Jahr bereits einen Thread ( http://www.ariva.de/board/229171?secu=742504 )

GS Energy könnte bald wieder "am Cent knabbern".



 

Da ist was ganz großes im Anmarsch!  

...keine zu 0,001 hat bekommt auch keine mehr.  

...ich hock hier seit monaten auf welchen zu 0,003 Euro...

bis ich die wieder abstossen kann, wird noch ein wenig zeit ins land ziehen.

Mal gucken was kommt...aber zu 0,001 hat man die hierzulande noch nicht kaufen können :-)...oder man muss schon viel glück gehabt haben....  

...stehen noch 790000 im Orderbuch zum0,001 zum verkauf. Warum greift keiner zu?

GS AgriFuels' NextGen Fuel Division Showcases Proprietary 10 Million Gallon Per Year Biodiesel Production System

GS AgriFuels Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSGF) today announced that its NextGen Fuel division has completed the construction of its first 10 million gallon per year biodiesel production system. The system is scheduled for delivery to one of NextGen Fuel's clients later this quarter, but is now available for qualified customer viewings at NextGen Fuel's contract manufacturer, Warnecke Design Service, Inc., in Van Wert, Ohio.

NextGen's biodiesel process technology leverages innovative process intensification techniques to accelerate and enhance traditional biodiesel reaction kinetics, thus decreasing process time, reducing energy and raw material needs, and increasing product quality. These benefits translate to increased capital and operating cost efficiencies at smaller scales as compared to traditional biodiesel process technologies, and the modular and continuous-flow aspects of the technology make scaling plants up or down easy and cost-effective.

"We believe that there is a robust and mostly untapped domestic and international market for development of small-scale biodiesel production facilities," said Tom Scozzafava, GS AgriFuels' president and chief executive officer. "We currently have six NextGen systems built or contracted, representing 50 million gallons per year of production capacity, and we intend to continue selling additional systems into this market."

An important benefit of the NextGen technology is that it enables the reduction of construction costs and lead times. NextGen can have production equipment for a site operational in as little as 12 weeks from an order, and a complete turn-key site based on the NextGen technology can be developed and brought online in under six months (as compared to 18-24 months for competing larger scale technologies).

NextGen's standard systems are rated for nameplate capacities of 5 and 10 million gallons of biodiesel per year. Since the NextGen technology is modular, adding capacity to a developed site is as simple as building an additional production line and plugging it into the prior line(s).

Scozzafava added: "The NextGen technology is also a key aspect of our own production plans, which are based on the use of proprietary technology to establish a feedstock procurement advantage."

GS AgriFuels' affiliated process engineering company, GS CleanTech Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSCT), uses proprietary but proven technology to acquire, extract, process and refine low-cost and hedged biomass feedstocks that other producers cannot readily access. GS AgriFuels has the exclusive right to produce renewable fuels from these feedstocks.

GS AgriFuels has announced its plans to build biodiesel production facilities in Fulton, New York, and Memphis, Tennessee. In addition, GS AgriFuels intends to construct several biodiesel facilities located at or proximate to corn ethanol production facilities, where they will convert corn oil extracted by GS CleanTech from a corn ethanol co-product known as distillers dried grains into biodiesel fuel. All of GS AgriFuels' biodiesel plants will use the NextGen Fuel technology.

In den USA gibt es kein halten mehr. 100% plus und riesen Volumen

...wieder etwas zurück.Ganz klar, hier nehmen einige ihre 100 bis 200% mit und machen sich ein schönes Wochenende.  

Für ,0013 gekauft, für ,0026 verkauft. Is doch prima gelaufen, oder?

Und wenn man die Unmenge an Arbeit in Betracht nimmt, dass man sich Hunderte von Charts davor anschaut, auswertet, als potenzielle Renner einstuft, das Risiko einschätzt, nach dem Kauf zwei Stunden lang mit dem Finger auf dem Verkaufsknopf vom Bildschirm sitzt, im Minutentakt Intradays auswertet und nach der Aufgabe der Verkaufsorder sämtlich Minuten auf den Kursrückgang bangt, bis man endlich ausatmen kann, sobald die Geldeinbuchung erfolgt..., wenn man die Heidenarbeit bewältigt hat, ist man ja mit dem Verdoppler doch ziemlich zufrieden!  ;)

Außerdem wer lässt denn schon sein Geld übers Wochenende irgendwo in Amerika ohne Aufsicht?

GS AgriFuels Acquires Oilseed Crushing Facility

Montana-Based Biorefinery Becomes Wholly Owned Subsidiary

GS AgriFuels Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSGF) today announced its acquisition of about 85% of the outstanding capital stock of Sustainable Systems, Inc. (“Sustainable”) for a total purchase price of about $12.6 million. Sustainable is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of GS AgriFuels.

Sustainable owns an oilseed crushing facility in Culbertson, Montana, and is in the business of producing and selling high oleic safflower, sunflower, canola and other high value vegetable oils. Sustainable is currently expanding its oilseed extraction and refining capability from 300 tons per day to 600 tons per day.

Sustainable’s growth plans are based on horizontal and vertical expansion through the construction or acquisition of additional oilseed crush and biodiesel processing plants at strategic locations.

GS AgriFuels’ President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom Scozzafava, stated, “We are excited to have acquired what we see as a very strategic asset based on its oilseed processing and biomass production and handling capabilities. We are also very pleased to be able to bring on Sustainable’s management team to GS AgriFuels.”

Paul Miller, Sustainable President and CEO added, “Combining Sustainable’s food and fuel business model with GS AgriFuels accelerates the development of our oilseed crush biorefineries and related biomass to energy development projects. In addition, we will continue the expansion of and accelerate our ability to service customers in our food grade vegetable oil program.”

EcoSystem Corporation Makes Announcement

EcoSystem Corporation (News) (OTC Bulletin Board: ESYM) today announced that, as of the close of business on February 11, 2008, its name change from “GS Energy Corporation“ to “EcoSystem Corporation“ and its 1 for 500 reverse stock split became effective.

Commencing today, February 12, 2008, EcoSystem's shares will be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the trading symbol ESYM.
