Symbol (OTCPink: MDIN), today announced that it has seen an increase in online sales approximately 400% over the previous quarter. With revenue from sales last quarter at $160,663.00, not including "deferred revenue" from distribution agreements or open purchase orders, the company feels its financial health has strengthened significantly since the last disclosure statement was released.
Northstar's CEO, Nicholas Chieco commented, "Regardless of distribution agreement terms or revenue gained through traditional wholesale channels, which sometimes cannot hit the bottom line right away, our online sales is the beating heart that will keep Northstar growing and continually showing the public that we are here to stay, and that we are slowly becoming a household name even with only moderate retail distribution." He goes on to say," It's really quite simple. We produce really good products that people want, and cannot get anywhere else. What's next for Northstar? As previously announced, the company is undergoing an extremely meticulous and exhaustive two year audit, which they will use as the stepping stone to get re-listed on the OTCBB as soon as possible, a move they hope will stabilize the company's share price and deter some of the unfair trading practices common on the non-reporting markets. Additionally, a tremendously large-scale retail rollout is in the process of being scheduled with several well-known retail chains. Recently Northstar overcame a few hurdles that caused some delays in the rollout by releasing two additional products. HOLBROOK, N.Y., Nov. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Northstar (OTCPink: MDIN) today announced that it has completed the design and manufactured the first prototypes of its lactose intolerance treatment bringing it one step closer to market. Based on the recently licensed patent, the treatment is like nothing else available, and will make Northstar stand out far among any competitors.
The final design of the product comes in the form of a three-day treatment. Consisting of a pill on days one and two, and consumption of a small a small 1oz container of yogurt on day three, which starts a unique process in the digestive system. Laboratory animals consuming the treatment were rid of all lactose intolerance symptoms for as long as 90 days.
Northstar's CEO, Nick Chieco explained, "Every other solution to this problem involves taking pills before any meal containing lactose. Forgetting to do so, or consuming lactose-containing foods without realizing it can be extremely uncomfortable and even painful for those afflicted. Another major advancement is a large reduction of convertible debt, and a modification of the convertible terms that are much more favorable to the company. Considered to be a negative item on the company's books, debt totaling approximately $154,000, mostly represented by a single note, was convertible to common stock at a steep, flat rate of $0.0001, and was considered by shareholders to be a dangerous precursor to dilution. HOLBROOK, New York, May 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Northstar Global Business Services, Inc., Symbol (OTCPink:MDIN) today announced that its top selling products, Snorenz Nighttime, and Goodnight's Sleep have been rolled out to store shelves in the Vermont Country Store retail chain in the northeast area.
This is the first time these two products have been available in brick-and-mortar stores since their online release, and the company expects both of them to be part of nationwide test markets with much larger retail stores as well. The products are also available on the Vermont Country Store's website, www.vermontcountrystore.com, but it is the retail shelves that the company is really excited about.
As company CEO, Nick Chieco Explains, "We have had several delays in the rollout of our products to brick-and-mortar stores, by no fault of our own, and due to strong shareholder interest, many calls and store visits by shareholders, have caused most major retailers concern that their sales figures would be corrupted. As a result, they have required us to agree to anonymous test markets for the first one to two quarters in order to get solid sales figures. Although they are a local retail chain, The Vermont Country Store is the first one we are allowed to mention publicly, and we are very excited about it. What the public doesn't yet know is that it's only the first of many such announcements."
While the company admits the retail rollout has been a bit shaky from the start, Northstar assures everyone that there has never been any doubt that it would happen. It is fully expected that once the stores are satisfied with the integrity of the sales numbers, Snorenz and several other products the company manufactures will be sold in retail stores nationwide. As national rollout takes place Northstar is also gearing up for global distribution, and the results of that part of the business could be exponentially more exciting for everyone.

HOLBROOK, N.Y., June 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Northstar Global Business Services, Inc., Symbol (OTCPink: MDIN) today announced that it has executed an agreement with Kush Creams, one of the leading Medical marijuana growers and distributors based out of Washington state, to not only manufacture Northstar's first medical marijuana product, Snorenz Medicated©, but also to distribute the product to marijuana dispensaries throughout the State.
The deal has Kush Creams starting a significant manufacturing run immediately, in order to have enough inventory for the initial orders. It is expected that approximately a hundred dispensaries will start out carrying Snorenz Medicated, and that number is expected to grow significantly as the product begins to capitalize on Snorenz's existing brand awareness. Once dispensaries that already carry various Kush Creams products see that Snorenz Medicated is available, it is fully expected that the penetration of the market will increase very quickly.
Northstar maintains that its research has shown that many legal marijuana users are already taking some form of Marijuana at night in order to relax and sleep better. Adding THC (the chemical compound contained in marijuana that causes intoxication) to the popular Snorenz formula, not only delivers a good dose of THC, but also lubricates the throat, helping with the "dry mouth" often associated with marijuana, as well as the normal anti-snoring benefits that have made Snorenz Northstar's biggest seller.
