Dazu mal wieder Brewer: Dear Mr XXXXX,
The actual valued of contracts and purchase orders that we have signed with domestic and international wholesales carriers since June, 2003 is several times larger than the figure that we have listed on our news release. However, since we have to delay the actual starting date of the some of the larger contracts, we have to revise our figures until both our customer service and technical department is fully functional to start to fill those purchase order. Our sales department is doing a fantastic job of signing up new clients. However, the speed at which our sales staff signed up new orders is 8-9 times faster than our customer service and engineering department will be able to provide quality support.
We have upgraded our equipments and network at this time is capable to handle over $300 million worth of wholesales traffic per year. Once our customer service and engineering department is full functional, we will start to resume full filling the purchase order.
VoipXchange.net staff and management are very excited as they are only a few weeks away on resuming providing service to the larger contracts once again. The amount of revenue to be generated is very large. We feel very confidence that our equipments and network is more than equipped to handle the large anticipated volume. It is up to the customer service department to provide a personal approach and quality service to each client.
Our clients are also waiting very patience while we are upgrading our customer service and engineering department. The majority of our clients would like to start the contract as soon as we feel that we are capable. The remainder of our clients would like to start slow and eventually increase volume.
Providing that our customer service department is working at the same pace at our sales department, we anticipate in signing up new orders in the 1st – 3rd quarter of 2004.
Please continue to follow VoipXchange within the next few weeks as we will be releasing news on the update and status of our customer service and engineering department for VoipXchange.
If you have any more questions in the mean time, please feel free to ask me.
Thank you again for your time and investment in our company, Sam Brewer
Unternehmen langsam nachziehen! |
