: The Company will further extend the despatch date
of the Circular to 2 January 2015, being the expected date of the despatch of the circular relating to the Disposal (as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 6 August 2014 relating to the disposal of 6,052 shares in the share capital of Exceptional Talent Limited). The reason being that the independent financial adviser has indicated that given the Disposal is conditional upon the Transaction (as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 24 September 2014 relating to the acquisition of a 10.2% interest in the registered capital of Yangpu Zhaohe Industrial Co. Ltd.), that it would be more meaningful for their two opinions on the Transaction and Disposal to be interlinked, accordingly, since the circular for the Disposal has been further delayed, additional time is required for the independent financial adviser to opine on the Transaction and the Disposal together.
