AIB is deploying the latest release of Trintech’s industry-leading dispute management software at its credit card headquarters in Dublin in an effort to improve the processing of disputed transactions. Once Resolve AS 5.0 is installed, AIB will process a significant number of disputes with no user intervention. This will result in faster response rates since disputed transactions normally generate a substantial amount of paperwork between the merchant and the acquirer.
