nicht mehr seit Threadbeginn. Power hat nachgelassen oder gibt es Erkenntnisse ?

Gibt es etwas Neues von ABAT? Ich habe mal gegoogelt, konnte aber nicht so recht was rausfinden. Gibt es Gründe für den derzeitigen Kursanstieg? Interesse scheint ja wieder zu wachsen. Wäre ja schön und verdient hätte sie es allemal. In meinen Augen ist die Aktie völlig unterbewertet.

Ist denn überhaupt noch jemand da???? Oder bin ich hier alleine und halt die Stange :)

.... seit dezember schweigt ABAT. jedoch gibt es immer mehr hinweise, dass die anonyme shortattacke bewusst tatsachen verdreht, um an fallenden kursen zu profitieren. meiner meinung nach ist abat eine reale firma mit realen produkten. informative seiten/links:

wo liegt das hohe risiko?
 1. offiziell hat abat derzeit keinen cfo ( sowie fehlende finanzberichte)
 2. fehlende kommunikation ( zukunft? relisting? privatisierung( wenn ja zu welchem     preis)?, etc.)
 3. wurden gelder von der firma abgeführt, wenn ja wieviel? stimmt der zuletzt gemeldete cashbestand?
 4. ergebnis/ausgang der klage gegen abat in amerika?

derzeit ist alles denkbar ( bw liegt entweder über $3 oder tendiert gegen 0 !)

hier wird auf neuigkeiten gewartet. und dann steigt auch wieder das volumen an ....  sollte an den betrugsvorwürfen nichts dran sein ( zum teil sind sie ja bereits haltlos, siehe zb bezüglich der vertriebshändler... abat hat ja angeblich keine....), dann ist die derzeitige bewertung ein riesengrosser witz. sollte sich doch gegenteiliges rausstellen, dann ist hier bei null der boden....

der brief (vom 23.11.11) des ceo an die aktionäre ist noch online. darin heisst es:

.... eigentlich ist es an der zeit, dass fu, nach all den monaten, sich erneut äussert. m.m.

bedauerlicher weise kann von mir, zum derzeitigen zeitpunkt, nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass alle betrugsvorwürfe haltlos sind. die meisten allerdings scheinen erlogen, mit dem ziel an sinkenden aktienpreisen zu profitieren.

weiterhin vertritt pom_erantz law nicht die rechte der abat- aktionäre, sondern hat sich von einer seite instrumentalisieren lassen. ich hoffe das wird das gericht und pom_erantz law selbst erkennen und den rechtsstreit baldigst beenden.  m.m.

danach, hoffe ich, wird abat wieder normal mit seinen aktionären ( u.a. in form von quartalsberichten) kommunizieren und die aktie wieder fair ($3.00 +) bewertet werden.

I hope this letter finds you well.

First of all, on behalf of the ABAT Board of Directors, I would like to express deep gratitude for your loyalty, care and long standing support for the development of the company.  Rather than being intimidated by the malicious attacks in 2011, ABAT’s board and management team have become even more determined and confident to thrive and grow our business.

Following this strategic guidance and under the strong leadership of the Board of Directors, the Company is accomplishing a healthy and steady development.  In 2012, the Company integrated its resources, marketing and technology, completed the acquisition of Shenzhen ZQ which was subsequently merged with Dongguan Qianqqiang. The strengthened Dongguan Qianqqiang has gained rapid growth. We had a good performance in 2012, which will be presented in the internal audit report to shareholders.

ABAT has adjusted its organizational structure and introduced new talent to the Board of Directors in 2013. These are outstanding management talents who are vibrant, knowledgeable, and experienced. glaubst du den ernsthaft das der Image schaden der angerichtet worden ist,
sich in luft auflösen wird?
ich denke da müssen Fakten die für alle nachvollziehbar sind auf den tisch.
irgendwelche absichtserklärungen und wage aussagen,reichen nicht aus.
ich lasse mich aber gerne überzeugen.  

ich denke, in erster linie geht es doch nicht nur um abat. es geht hier um einen ganzen sektor der chinesischen RTOs. derzeit steht dieser ganze sektor, wegen ein paar  schwarzer schafe, unter generalverdacht. die meisten haben deshalb lächerliche bewertungen.
eigentlich war ein gewisses misstrauen bereits schon immer da (zb. selbst vor der anonymen shortseller-attacke hatte abat ein kgv  von deutlich unter 10).
allerdings hat sich dieses misstrauen deutlich verstärkt im zuge der veröffentlichung von anonymen pamphleten, welche bewusst die tatsachen verzerren, lügen verbreiten und ängste schüren mit dem ziel sich daran zu bereichern.
die betroffenen chinesischen rto's müssen sich also überlegen, ob sie wirklich unter diesen umständen am feindlichen us-markt bleiben wollen. über eine privatisierung könnte man den us-markt verlassen, um zu anderen handelsplätzen (zb asien) zu wechseln. welchen weg ABAT geht ist völlig offen. ABAT ist ein hochspekulatives invest, derzeit gelistet in den pink-sheets und veröffentlich seit längerer zeit keine finanzberichte.
allerdings gibt es einige hinweise darauf, dass der anonyme VVR report deutliche fehlinformationen enthält  ( "offices with empty desks", subsidiaries consist of "4 empty walls", distributorships are fake, ..... bla bla bla ).... trotzdem bleiben noch fragen offen.
es bestehen gute chancen, dass es demnächste eine einigung im gerichtsverfahren gegen ABAT geben wird. der neuerliche brief von ceo fuuh, sowie die neue abat-website sind ausdruck eines gewissen fortschritts. die kommunikation mit ABAT per email ist zufriedenstellend. die vertriebshändler von ABAT-scootern sind mit der kommunikation, sowie mit den produkten ebenfalls hoch zufrieden. auch das batteriegeschäft (http://abat.sys145.pkulab.com/a/English/...bin_ZQP/2013/0211/427.html ) scheint zu laufen. die bilder, welche ich von wuxi, harbin und dongguan gesehen habe, sind beeindruckend. könnte mir vorstellen, dass es investoren gibt, die nach dem angekündigten internen buchbericht sich die finger lecken, die privatisierung von ABAT zu finanzieren.
auf der anderen seite ist auch denkbar, dass es zu keiner gerichtlichen einigung kommt,sich der rechtstreit ins unendliche hinzieht, die aktien nicht das papier wert sind auf dem sie geschrieben sind...... kurz gesagt, ABAT zur fraktion der schwarzen schafe gehört. ich will hier niemanden überzeugen!
