Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass die NewCo-Aktie in den nächsten sechs bis zwölf Monaten nirgendwo gehandelt werden wird. Macht auch keinen Sinn, denn solange noch nicht einmal ein laufendes Business existiert, kann die Aktie auch nicht richtig taxiert werden. Für mich zählt auch das zur Sorgfaltspflicht von Willingham gegenüber uns Alt-Aktionären, denn nur so behalten WIR die Kontrolle. ;-)

wie viel / ob überhaupt die shorter covern müssen kann wohl keiner sagen.
denn diese Daten sind ja nicht öffentlich.

mMn. war dies von Anfang an der Grund für dieses release/nicht release Theater.
Siehe die 400.000 Aktien der Fr. Malen. die verpennt hat, rechtzeitig release zu erteilen.

Von denen die Short sind haben genau 0 Release erteilt, weil haben ja ihr Geld mit dem shorten gemacht. Aktien werden wertlos ausgebucht, es werden keine neuen Aktien dafür angefordert, folglich: No need to cover.

Es wird keinen run geben, die Aktien am Markt sind das elektronische Abrechung nicht wert für die sie jetzt noch gekauft werden und jeder der jetzt noch WamuQ kauft mit der Begründung sie sind sooo günstig, das möge das Geld doch bitte lieber der Unicef spenden, da hat jeder mehr davon. Außer evtl der ausführenden Bank, aber selbst die hätte da sicher Verstädnis für!

Übersetzt und zusammengefaßt:

das unternehmen hat das recht eine gesamtanzahl von 505.000.000 aktien herauszugeben.

hiervon sind 500.000.000 aktien common aktien mit einem wert von 0.00001 per aktie

und 5.000.000 vorzugsaktien ebenfalls mit einem wert von 0.00001 per aktie.


ergänzung meinerseits:

der wert spiegelt nicht den tatsächlichen wert da.
im ersten moment werden 200.000.000 aktien herausgegeben.an die altaktionäre sozusagen.

später hat man die möglichkeit die aktienzahlen zu erhöhen.  

Korrekt! Alles im Grunde genommen schon bekannt, zumindest für diejenigen, die die Filings auf kccllc immer gelesen haben... ;-)

 

Alle von mir eingestellten Filings zur Löschung der Altaktien und zur NewCo sind nun auch über die OTCBB-Seite abrufbar. Einfach bei Symbol "wamuq" eingeben, dann auf "GetInfo" drücken und schließlich auf "Filings" gehen. Lässt sich leider nicht verlinken.

 

..., dass die Leute offenbar aus dem Fall "Lehman" nichts gelernt haben und diese Aktie immer noch getradet wird. Bitte, bitte, dann lieber an Chelsea oder einen anderen guten Zweck spenden!!!

As a result, WMI will commence the distribution of funds of approximately $7 billion to parties-in-interest on account of their allowed claims and the distribution of substantially all of the stock in the reorganized company to equity holders. WMI has emerged as a newly-reorganized company, WMI Holdings Corp., which will consist primarily of WM Mortgage Reinsurance Company (WMMRC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of WMI that is incorporated in Hawaii and which will be funded by a $75 million contribution from certain WMI creditors. weil hier das minimum stammkapital bzw. aktienkapital, welches die firma haben muss um überhaupt eingetragen zu werden dann geteilt durch die anzahl der aktien....
also nur pro forma...  

aber zu 0,00001 ? ist wohl eher symbolisch?

und bei otcbb ist nur die pressemitteilung angekommen, in den daily list bei HALT oder dem anderen ding steht sie noch nicth.

@Polisson: Genau das hab ich auch geschrieben. In Deinem und in meinem Beispiel sind geshortete Aktien umgetauscht worden. Wer reguliert das?
@gott_om: Sorry, der Shorter und der Aktienbesitzer sind zwei unterschiedliche Personen. Deshalb muss Deine Aussage aus meiner Sicht falsch sein. (Oder ich hab's nicht kapiert.)
